I dont know how this works neither im going to download to test it (i heard its playable in local coop) but one way to play ''online'' is one person can download it on his/her pc, install it. Both players install Parsec and register. Player one who's the host, will NEED to have Windows 10 to host actual stream, other player just needs to connect. Parsec delivers really really great ultra-low latency streaming service and really great feature as playing local coop games online. Player which connects to host can use his/her controllers etc (This is not somekind of ad or something, just a method that would work to play actually online with someone)
