1050Ti is way below... you need 1060 or 980 but 1050Ti have the same performance like 680Ti so u gotta upgrade man ;) well I hope u did cuz ur comment is 9 months old.
With like 8 year old CPU and rock bottom end GPU? With his CPU/GPU setup he can barely make 5 FPS in any modern game... and maybe like 60 FPS in CS 1.6 or old games like that... on his setup even GTA San Andreas would have a problem to run smooth at 60 FPS xD LOL
This isn't needed since IGGGAMES have uploaded the old version of this game from before it was on steam, that uncencored patch is for the steam version only. There is no censoring in this old version, just lots of missing content that got added in the steam version.
