o.O i think someone got some info mixed up here. this and swarm gold were made by Reflexive Entertainment, not Valve. you can check the list of games they (reflexive) made here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reflexive_Entertainment

The only working link is the one at Go4Up. Better use Jdownloader.
