I believe he is referring to the installer, not the extraction files. I can vouch for this problem as I have tried the installer after extracting from all links. Successful extraction, failed installation everytime.
Tried all download links, all have same problem. Extracts fine but, when you try to install it, it says archive error at 94% and fails to install. Sad Panda :(
