yep its really good , it have a good story very cool gameplay (it gets a bit repeaty but its fine) if u played strategic games before u def will like this.
When installing, you could put a check on the box beside "Copy content of CODEX directory to installdir." That is so the installer will crack the game for you and when opening the game it shouldn't send you to the Steam page.
I've downloaded the file, still says its missing, or in fact, it says it's missing the same file, except with an R at the end before the 120. I reinstalled the C++ for it, still nothing. Anyone have an issue with the voices not playing? All other audio is working fine but no vioces during the dialouge. Already checked my settings and nothing amiss there.
Turns out my speakers were the problem. The voices were coming through the center speakers but the surround sound disabled them. Thanks all for the suggestions. If you have this problem set your speakers to stereo.

Its on the current windows 64bit home edition. My rig has a 1080ti ftw3 gpu a ryzen 2700x cpu. It has a xv480 gaming pro carbon mobo and has 32gb of ram. Ill try updateing direct x and relay my findings.

It does require 20GB half of that is from textures which I assume can be compressed pretty well. No idea what you mean by small-size game and hype. This is from the people that make Disgaea games so I wouldn't consider it small or not hyped.

It's caused by the game trying to load audio files, so it will stop stuttering if you disable battle voices. It happens in cutscenes too for me. There was a day one patch that fixed it, but it hasn't been uploaded.
I too played for 10-15 hours without any issue at first. Now I'm however getting black screens at times when navigating the menu. Sometimes it lets me play for hours without any issues, other times I enter a dungeon, I open the menu to use an item and -> black screen straight away. I was really enjoying this game as well. Now it just starts to get frustrating, since I lost my dungeon progress like 5 times already. -- If you keep not having any issues, what settings are you playing at? Did you change any of the settings from standard (think battle log speed, (windowed) full screen and so on)?
Hi I really am confused... I did everything It said, got all software (directx and whatever) but the window pops up and vanishes the next instant...WHY..? Rly wanna play I'm a huge fan of NIS...Got windows 7.
Does your graphics card support DX Feature lvl 11_0? if you don't know type dxdiag in cmd when a window pops up there should be a tab called display there should be feature levels written on the right side if 11_0 isn't there then you're graphics doesn't support any games that require DX11

If you know Disgaea, The Witch and the Hundred Night, Phantom Brave, etc., you probably recognize it. It is the style that Nippon Ichi Software, aka NIS, uses for most of their games.
This happened to me as well I managed to get it to go past that but not 100% sure what I did to do so. I used a program that lets me take ownership on all the files, I switched steam overlay off in the con file, I set it to windowed mode and borderless, and i skipped the cutscene it goes black on. Hopefully 1 or all of theses will help.
if something like this could be made in rpgmaker we would be seeing a lot better games coming out of that engine, but in reality it is a whole different type of system, it would be more accurate to compare it to demon gaze. while they use stationary art, that doesn't make it rpgmaker, the art is better than most you will see in rpg maker, and the gameplay itself is very different from what you would see in an rpgmaker game. i played the demo on the switch so did not have the issues this version seems to experience, but even then i think the actual price is too high for this kind of game, the story is kinda boring and the map is limited, however it is something i still want to play, though there is a lot they could have done better. I do like the voices though :P

Those games are usually made by doujin circles and are quite different from the products of big name developers like Nippon Ichi Software (which made Disgaea and Labyrinth of Refrain) SquareEnix, Compile Heart or Atlus just to name a few. It seems like all your opinion is based off of is experience with RPG Maker games- which is severely lacking..
Dude, this game was developed by the developer of Disgaea series, I think REAL RPGs are not YOUR cup of tea, boss, if you said this was decent coming from Nippon Ichi. I personally think this is a great disappointment before player even start the game just by looking at the battle screenshots, they are as lifeless as those RPGmaker games nowadays

There's NO Javascript plugin for reincarnating feature in this game, and neither it has on any plugins from RPG Maker XP up to MV... and I am looking for that, at least I can enjoy playing this game and let it slide.
