It´s a GOG Game ? In the Link Google Drive says:
Speed.Brawl.GOG.rar (2,6G), but here in the page of the game says: Crack Speed Brawl (See Tutorial Video below if you don’t know) ? I am in doubt

Any antivirus flags on IGG games are false positives since the staff check everything beforehand. A lot of crack files get flagged positive as potentially unwanted by heuristics engines due to how they interact with the main files.

If its on igg and it hasn't been donated it should be safe

Even if donated it should be fine. IGG checks all the games he receives since he needs to do the Steam circumvent on most of them.
