In Japan you have to censor private parts, that's probably why. If the devs will make a Japan-specific version with mosaic, then they'll definitely allow it.

I played this when it first came out with the uncensored patch and it was fairly tame. I don't know what all the hoopla was. If you want a good lesbian game try Girlvania here on IGG it is just a sex sim but if that is what you want and not a bunch of dialogue it has very nice graphics and has pretty hot womens.
