Digital rights management - The thing the "crack" in pirated games is used to get rid of. It's a safeguard against people that didn't actually purchase the game, like CD Keys from the olden' days, except it's a bit of software that will run a check - sometimes to a server - to see if you legally own the game or if you're a pirate that stole it.
what program are you using to mount the iso? try running that program, and the setup.exe as administrator because the problem may be a lack of "write" access on the hard-drive
i downloaded from google drive, mount the iso file, run setup as admin, and you can try changing the default install path, as for some reason the default path didnt work for me maybe that will help
