The install didn't work as detailed in the NFO file. It kept crashing as soon as I would start the Hoodlum install process. This is how I fixed it: The game is trying to install from a .bin file, but there is no .cue file in this archive. So, you have to make your own. Create a new text file with the same name as the .bin file. In this case "hoodlum.txt" inside that file, paste this info: FILE "hoodlum.bin" BINARY TRACK 01 MODE1/2352 INDEX 01 00:00:00 That should be 3 individual lines, if this text editor messes with it. Save that file and rename it to hoodlum.CUE. Now you're good to go. I had another problem, unfortunately. In the Hoodlum Installer it asks if you want the crack applied. Even though I checked yes, for some reason it didn't patch. Make sure you block "golf.exe" in your Windows Firewall (using the correct location of golf.exe, of course). Now, go into the game's folder and check the file sizes of golf.exe and steam_api64.dll and see if they're different from what's inside the hoodlum ISO file of the game. If they are different, copy those two files that are on your .iso mounted drive into the specific game folder on your computer. Don't forget to also copy over the file "hlm.ini" too. Those three files must be in your game's folder. I hope you guys can understand these instructions, if you have problems like I did. Good luck!!
I like the last one. Great graphics. Accessible gameplay. The Music and VO are in the soothing pocket. The Golf Club 2 is an experience. Reviews say this one just makes improvements. I guess it depends what you like. Whats your fave golf on PC?
unless someone online cracks this like the AO Tennis, it's completely unplayable without online, thanks for the attempt though! Online crack is a definite requirement
Sorry this info is wrong. You do not need online to play. I just went through tutorial and played a round of golf with ZERO issues. Its I very good golf game. Will probably buy on Xbox.
