If you're using Nvidia: you can force it to do so by opening the NVIDIA Control Panel > Manage 3D Settings > Program Settings > Add (locate the game launcher and additing) > select your main graphics card and then press apply! This also works for people with low fps (at least it worked for me, the game was using intel for some reason, I changed it to Nvidia and boosted fps dramatically).

The game runs fine for me but I just can't sprint for some reason, it doesnt even allow me to change the bindings either :P anyone else have this problem?
for sprint, you need to go to the option menu and select the sprint function, press enter, and press shift again to make shift is the key to sprint, save it and then you can press shift in the game to sprint, if somehow this bug occurred again, just repeat the step, so in the nutshell, you need to keybind shift as the sprint key even if in the option it already using shift

Anyone else having broken graphics when starting Shenmue 1? I can only see Ryo's head and some trees at the beginning cutscene. Shenmue 2 works with no issues.
