Actually, Rockstar didn't make the definitive edition, Take 2 decided that instead of letting Rockstar make it, they were going to toss it over to Grove Street Games, who already has a history of making bad ports to android, and not really having any experience other than porting games to android (badly), so if you are going to blame anyone, blame Take 2 and Grove Street Games.

Alright, for those ppl who said "link broken", here's the tutorial on how to crack. MegaUp is the only one that will/or will probably give you the right link. First Step - Click the link, it should open bluemediafiles (I recommend to click first in a blank area, there's a likely chance it will open a new tab, close it immediately. After that you can safely click on the link.) IGNORE ADS! I recommend using FDM/Free download manager bc it's too slow. Here we go, after 500 million centuries dl this thing, Unzip the zip folder- Open the zip file, click the first folder and it should contain 2 url files (IGG GAMES and GAMESTORRENTCO) 2 txt files (README and HOW TO INSTALL) and 1 IGG-Grand Theft Auto iso file, drag and drop it to your desktop for quicker way, now here it ends, just read HOW TO INSTALL txt and you good to go! Anyways I recommend using Power ISO to burn or mount. Have a good day. : )

Because you still not crack it before start game. After install, you must open .iso file, you will see "HOODLUM" folder, copy all files in that folder and paste to your game's dir, enjoy ;)

you may have some mouse problems but go to task manager if your mouse doesn't move, go to task manager, go to details, rightclick on gta sa and click on set affinity and then uncheck all processors and click on CPU 0

thats an common problem, you can click with right mouse button on gta and click proprierties and when u click go to compatibility and when u go you click less color mode and press apply and open your gta

You also do not need to install any patches, just install the SA-MP, then you launch the samp exe that was created in your game directory and you should be good to go. Also, don't forget to crack the base game after installation otherwise the game won't work and then the mp won't work either.

there are no instalers from mega... theres a ton of ads howerev, possibly that one od the ads downloaded the installer... DO NOT OPEN IT but if you click enought times, you close all the ads and the mega will give you a RAR file

XD what even is this question (well its not a question but you get the point) its not the game that saves, its you. walk up the one of thoes 3 inch soft drive diskets in the safe house, choose what gamme file to save on, and your done when loading save game in the main menu choose start, load game. Tip: when you die or get busted you lose all the weapons, so instead of doing alt+f4 you can load your game. press escape (you can also do that rigth after you die when it tells you died or got busted) go to start new game and load game i hope i helped, you are clearly young and used to auto save every 10 seconds. so im gona tell you two things 1. this is the best gta ever came out (not my words) and 2, your gona die, rage quit, fail, and die at missions: -wrong side of the rail (in that mision big smoke says that you had to follow the damn train) -probobly on drive-throu -green sabre and many more i cant remember. so you will have loads of fun and if you think thoes missions are hard, play gta 3 and vice city

I personally use Google Drive the most, but from your description (or lack thereof) it seems like your internet is incapable of pulling through this download without it being interrupted. get a faster internet maybe? If the above mentioned point is not the case and you happen to have a decent internet speed, then try using a different download link. Once you have done this, click on the setup.exe file and then follow the instructions to install GTA san andreas. Once it is installed you will get a shortcut to the game on your desktop, right click this and click open file location. Paste the gta_sa.exe file into there and then you can run the game. :-)
By the way, just wanted to say that this download is legit. Got files from http://MegaUp.net link, works well, no viruses. This is indeed a 1.0 version of the game, and only version that can be modded. Whatever you plan on getting mods or not, make sure to get a mouse fix, it will make your life easier and gameplay more enjoyable. Uploader did a good job!

Simple. Once you load GTA SA ISO, there will be a folder called HOODLUM inside, so copy everything from inside of that folder and paste it into root directory of your GTA SA folder, where the main gta_sa.exe is located, overwrite everything. If you did everything right, it should work. Remember that after you install the game fresh, do not play it before cracking the game with files located in HOODLUM folder in the iso of GTA SA.

go to your directory (programx86, rockstar games, GTA SA) then go to your ISO file which a file called HUDLOOM is there, go into that, select all 3 items, drag them into your GTA files and make sure you replace something and make sure to check the "do this for all items" box, and then hit continue and then double click the new gta_sa.exe and your good to go AKA READ THE DIRECTIONS

I don't know why, but the "hlm-intro" app in the HOODLUM (Crack) file is being denied access to copy to the game folder. I have tried to do Compatibility and setting the app to run as Admin., but nothing. The other parts copy correctly, and I can still run SanAndreas fine....
Guys the reason you are getting CD errors is because you need to crack the game: When you have mounted the disc using daemon tools lite, go into computer and then click on the mounted image once. You should see a button called auto play in the toolbar which comes up, press it and when auto play pops up asking you what you want to do, press "open files and folders" instead of running the setup. When it is open you will see a file called "HOODLUM", copy and paste this to your desktop as it contains the cracked files.Now you can go ahead and run "setup.exe" by using auto play again and this will install the game. When it is installed, go to the game directory and simply copy and paste everything from the HOODLUM folder into there. Now it should work absolutely fine, hope it helped Please up vote this comment. It depends. When you do the setup for the game, it asks you where you want the game files to be saved to, that's the directory. I don't know where it is because it different for everyone who does the setup but you can find the directory by going into start > computer > double click local disk > type grand theft auto san andreas into the search bar and it should come up

If the above mentioned point is not the case and you happen to have a decent internet speed, then try using a different download link. Google Drive is really simple so i'd recommend that, but see what works for you.
Basically this version of the game was designed to be installed with a CD that you put into your computer, however there is a program called Daemon tools lite (https://www.daemon-tools.cc... that will allow you to access the files and install it without the CD. An ISO file is simply a CD file that you need a special program such as Daemon tools to open. So when you download all the parts, highlight them all and then right click and extract them into a single folder. Once you have done this open the folder up, double click the ISO file and then it should open Daemon tools. When this is done it will give you an option to run the setup or open folder to view files. Click on view files, now you will see all the install files. what you need to do is open the HOODLUM folder and copy the gta_sa.exe file. Once you have done this, click on the setup.exe file and then follow the instructions to install GTA san andreas. Once it is installed you will get a shortcut to the game on your desktop, right click this and click open file location. Paste the gta_sa.exe file into there and then you can run the game. :-)
Edit: If yes, then copy the contents of the folder to your game folder and replace...

I basicly downloaded cleo, this is necessary to make things work.
Then I got modloader, this will be folder where you store skins like for example "Beta Gang Skins, Half Life Forces". If you want to change certain NPC's, I use IMG tool. Also IMG tool used to add more skins that you can use on CJ. I for example added pokemon brixen as a new CJ skin. Hope this helps. If anything, google is your best bet.

When you have mounted the disc using daemon tools lite, go into computer and then click on the mounted image once. You should see a button called auto play in the toolbar which comes up, press it and when auto play pops up asking you what you want to do, press "open files and folders" instead of running the setup. When it is open you will see a file called "HOODLUM", copy and paste this to your desktop as it contains the cracked files.Now you can go ahead and run "setup.exe" by using auto play again and this will install the game. When it is installed, go to the game directory and simply copy and paste everything from the HOODLUM folder into there. Now it should work absolutely fine, hope it helped Please up vote this comment.
