I dont understand any of this why cant I get it to work yeah get it that it loads up and when you play the game it brings up steam but the fact that the folder that is downloaded cant have another folder that was downloaded so therefor NatashaTurner's idea doesnt work and the .dll cant be solved someone please help me out here.

Seems like your AV must have deleted the crack files or you must not have applied them after installing the game.

In the folder you initially downloaded, there should be a folder named PLAZA and another with plugins inside of that. Take the contents of those, and put into the folder that was installed. Make sure to put it in the plug in folders, and when it asks you about replace/etc. just click accept.
