Wow, this game came out years ago? I never heard about it. Interesting. It's apparently an unofficial sequel (spin-off?) to the Quest of Glory games, but people in the Steam reviews say that the original QoG games are still superior. It looks like the kind of game which really has to be tried to judge its value, as videos don't do it justice at all.🤔 Downloading !
i asked on steam and here's what the devs had to say. transolar: "I believe I copied the requirements from a Unity document. We don't have a test lab with 36 configurations on which to test the game, so I made sure the requirements would cover it." joshuapaulsmyth: "Yeah, it definitely does not require that much ram and uses about 1.5 or so gb when running. I'll see if I can modifiy the specs. (Although even my chromebook has 4gb of ram these days...)"

Fantastic. You are making "Pro" videos, without even the base understanding of your machine. The high amount of Random access memory is not directly bond to the "high graphic level", but to the amount of the events that occours at the same time. Probably this game is just poorly optimized and it get all loaded at the first start. So, if it needs 8gb RAM to be full "enjoyed", that means that a 2gb RAM machine will still be able to run it... but it won't go as smooth, and probably crash. Now, if the devs are worse than dogs, probably they didn't benchmarked this right, so it will works even with low performance memory.
