Unfortunately the game doesn't works with Turkish locale. You have to change your region to English in Windows settings. - from a fellow Turkish player :(

Thanks a lot! Sağ olasın, arkadaşım! I was tried to find a solution from many years. But I didnt think thats a local problem, I never try to look any Turkish website. That is my childhood game, and after many years, I can play again. Sağ olun!
