Hey, i downloaded the torrent and installed the game, but when i launch the game it sends me to steam. Anyone know how to fix this?

Followed all instructions and input the crack into the game files, I double click the .exe to run the game and nothing happens. I checked task manager and it says it is running, just not showing anything on screen.
