Description talks about new character Ashley but this is a 1.0 version that doesen't have a new character in it, new character is added in 1.2 version and up.
Finished playing it, it was alright. The main draw is the story and resource management, not the romance in this one. Theres only like less then 10 lines of text that are exciting for all those who are looking for compassionate love. Not enuff by a long shot. Instead, it features an interesting story of mystery and some survival managment mechanics, where the goal is to try to earn over 1000$ without succumbing to total stress meltdown and not giving into rage under any circumstance. I recommend using the guide on Steam for figuring out the purchasable gifts in the game. You can only romance one character at a time, so you only need to buy 4 items per playthrough. (Also for some reason Bitdefender antivirus flags every Renpy game I've gotten from IGG as a threat, but I think its always a false positive. I was able to play it from start to finish and my computer did not explode, so everything is okay.)
