Apparently, It's a professional cosplay model named Jessica Nigri, as Overwatch character "Tracer". Jessica Nigri is smoking hot, she does all sorts of Video Game/ Comic related Cosplay characters, as well as other, slightly more erotic, photo shoots. She has a ton of social media portals, as well as a tiered subscription thing via Patreon. I imagine there is probably a plethora of other fan related pages and/or digital shrines as well, things ranging from tasteful photo albums to borderline creepy obsessions and marriage proposals, as is almost ALWAYS the case when extremely attractive and sexually provocative females develop such a substantial presence in any scene with similar... demographics.... (I didn't say number of virgins, thought it maybe, but didn't say it.) Without Question, Jessica Nigri is hotter then the midday sun on Black Rock Playa, possessing a body usually reserved for strippers and pornstars, and as nice as it is to see such a phenomenal figure... in almost any capacity, the highly creative context coupled with tasteful "envelope pushing" really adds to her allure. It's awesome to see someone so astonishingly good looking and truly gifted with a physique that screams genetic lottery winner and athleticism, equally, embrace a scene that, stereotypically, leans more towards the nerdy, or geeky side of mainstream culture. More then just a pretty face and nice body, Jessica found a niche after realizing that by taking elements of roleplay and tastefully adding a hint of sexual innuendo she could utilize the combination of good looks, outgoing personality and creativity she was blessed with to create something that is fun, cool and exciting, for herself as well as her fans. It's a combination that took the Cosplay world by storm, opportunities came pouring in. Jessica has succeeded in cultivating not just a substantial presence, but, in time, a legendary status... in the Cosplay community, and now, well beyond.

Erm, thanks for the answer. It turns out the character was Tracer from Overwatch. Also, I'm using Firefox and that option doesn't exist there. I do know how to Google the long way but for tiny avatar images like this it's not always successful. Next time you're going to try and be smart, please don't add the word "ass" next to it. I appreciate the answer though. Even though I was asking about the "character".
Heads up, this game is not playable. You must be connected to their servers to play AT ALL, which means you must pay for the game. There is no offline play or unofficial server hosting.
It is not, and the devs have no intent on ever allowing it as it turns out. Remains to be seen if someone will be able to crack it or if it would require virtual servers or whatever.

I don't think this game is playable until someone finds a way to make it offline-capable; if that can even be done without whatever it is that they're keeping server-side. Neocore had quite the long-winded ubisoft-copied claim regarding why online only: clearly a "you're renting access you shouldn't keep the game once we shut down" attitude, accompanied by the typical "99.999% of the population never ever has internet problems or lag caused by long distance to servers" bullcrap-dismissals of multiple posters complaining they were losing progression from any hiccups anywhere.
