In order to crack, copy the file that is in the "PLAZA" folder. Once you go in to the "PLAZA" folder for either 64bit or 32bit, copy the entire 64bit or 32bit folder. Then paste that to the main game folder. Then the "New game" button will appear.

Mega, I figured out that this is what happens if you forget to crack it first from the either win32 or win64 plaza folder on the iso. Game will start and seem to be working fine but gives no "New Game" ribbon until cracked
