No, it's not misspelled , just look at the picture. It's actually "Italian English". And he will have another game soon named in "Italian english" https://gamefaqs.gamespot.com/company/193056-david-pierucci. Steam however seems to not like the ideea of having a game title in "Italian english" so they renamed it in normal english, but you can expect the text and everything else to be top quality "Italian English".
