Hi, I hope someone can help me out on this one. I have downloaded the Beat Saber updates in the past and all the DLC's have worked. In this update only a few of the DLC's work and the rest give my the prompt to "BUY LEVEL". I did get this to work. However, I just took the DLC text file from the crack and overwrote the DLC text file in the game. I now have all the songs. Thank You. I did not try to install the crack so i don't know if that would work. If you compare the two DLC text files you find that the DLC text file from the game does not have all the songs listed in it as compared to the DLC text file from the crack. I hope this makes sense as I am not a programmer by any means.
custom songs arent working for me, i did everything correct and i can select the song but then it displays an infinite loading screen and i cant even select the difficulty or play the level.
Hey, i'm having a problem, the first time i installed the game it worked fine, but after restarting the pc the oculus doesn't "recognize" the game. The game opens on the pc and even the controls work, but the headset doesn't show it, it doesn't even shows the game in the oculus bar as if it wasn't open
The songs in this DLC are much worse than the CDLCs available for free. I really don't like most of the paid DLCs and have tons of CDLCs I love and play over and over again.
Some people call it CDLC, like on customforge.com. It's typically used for rocksmith 2014 custom songs. Likewise, Beat Saber has songs available as DLC on Steam, so custom songs will be called CDLC.

well, it's against the rules, but i don't think they have anything in place to detect this (on valve side) but games dev can make their own protection against this, but i doubt it's the case in beat saber. when it's the case, most likely the dlc will not be unlocked because they double check if you really own it, but they've seemed to be lazy in beat saber because it's working just fine.
i mean, it's not impossible to get ban on a specific game for this, but very unlikely. and being ban on steam itself is even more unlikely

ok lets get this out of the way. This is not version 1.15.0 this is version 1.13.4 with all DLC and custom mods. But there is a large catch and you will brick the game if you dont listen. included in this version is a file called mod assistant you need to set mod assistant to version 1.13.4 in the version tab once you accept the license agreement and select mods and then update only saber factory thats it nothing else if you update anything else the game will atuo lock all dlc just update saber factory only. make sure you also block the app from the internet version 1.13.4 and version 1.16.1 all dial home to facebook make sure you have them blocked in windows firewall. and you should be able to run the modded version of beatsaber without issue

i am unable to get custom songs to work, i have been able to get them to work in 1.13.0 and .2 but i can't for this version. songs don't show up on the song browser and any custom songs i import make it so i can't play any song, not even the ost songs
go into game settings and check your rendering scale, normal rendering is 1.0 and the lowest is 0.8 im pretty sure also go into steamvr and make sure your resolution is around 1900x1900 or more globally and for the game If you have camera2 or cameraplus installed, the rendering scale on your camera may also be low
No, you’ll just need to execute the Beat Saber.exe :) I recommend you to manually add this game to your Oculus or Steam Library (as an unknown source). It will be easier to start it ;) Oh, and a last thing: don’t forget a new version of Beat Saber (1.13.4) has just been released so Beat Together (multiplayer mod) may not work
For now, it is not possible. I appeared in game as "raphel" and was banned after about a month. Buying the game with steam uses your real account, and it won't be banned
That's the online fix, not including any method to get custom songs. To get custom songs, go to https://beatsaver.com and unzip the files to the Beat Saber_Data\CustomSongs\ folder, with level name being the name of the level. For one click installs, install mod assistant and move steam_api.ini anywhere but unity's plugin folder and go into massistant settings and enable oneclick for beat saver
Not totally sure, but theres a lot of players that bought the game AND play it modded.. We fall into the "playing modded" category ( BeatTogether mod).. This mod isnt meant for pirated player to play necessarily but it does. Legit player use this mod to play with Oculus Quest user which isnt crosscompatible with Oculus Rift & PC vr etc... Lots of player active recently ;).. And this fix has been dl over 500 times.. Im assuming we'll see a good increase of ONLINE players!.

yes you can but you need the mod server browser and beattogether, you can only play with players who have beattogether. i play in crossplay with my friend on quest with this. but you need the last update. a new update came out today so you have to wait the crack and the mod update
How can I play it on my quest 2 ? I set up everything virtual desktop etc. when I start the game, Beat Saber opens and I can see it on Computer and my Quest. But it is in miniature and I can‘t click any buttons

This is untested but most likely will work, the BTS songs are on the current download they are just not added to the crack .ini, try adding them on the DLC section below the others:
If that doesn't work you can try adding them and also set DLCUnlockall to 0 instead of 1 you can check if you have the songs just checking if the folder is there, example: DLC\Levels\BloodSweatAndTears .ini path: Beat Saber_Data\Plugins\x86_64\steam_emu.ini

Wrong, you can use Virtual Desktop like most people who buy the Quest 2 for PCVR do, and like myself. VD is the only way PCVR should be played, assuming you have a 5GHz router like us that is.
For those of you wondering how to use the ModAssistant, or other mod assistants, go to your main Beat Saber file, C:\Beat.Saber.v1.12.2.ALL.DLC\Beat Saber. Make sure you are in the folder and can see the files inside it. Do not click a file, and instead just click save in the bottom right. This should work.

ive downloaded the 1.12.2 update, and its very obvious that all is different with my previous version... i didnt overwrite my old version and chosen for a clean install instead. Mods are working better actually but custom sabers i cant get to work yet... ;(
check the .ini files inside "Beat Saber_Data\Plugins\x86_64", if the version of the crack allows to change the user it would be there. If the crack doesn't allow it, sometimes old cracks work(and allow you to customize name or use the old name), usually the crack is only "Beat Saber_Data\Plugins\x86_64*.ini" and "Beat Saber_Data\Plugins\x86_64\steam_api*.dll" (can skip the "x86_64" part of the path for old versions of the game)

For anyone excited for multiplayer, owning the quest version of the game I can advise you to lower your expectations- it's a very mediocre-crap implementation, every E+ lobby just plays Ghost all the time- If you don't own the DLC song(and they're picked 9/10 times) you just spectate and don't even hear the song, every match you join is already in progress and you gotta wait, if you die- you gotta wait the 3-5 minute song out every time, there's no awards, no communication, you can't even see the other people much. You are basically playing on your own, but your scores are compared live instead of a scoreboard... All mods have been completely broken and will take time to re-make, only very basic custom songs remain, and the new UI sucks ass.... And I'd assume the cracked version won't even have multiplayer, that's a given most of the time, so an update on the cracked version would be a severe downgrade for the coming month...
make a backup of the files in plugins in beat saber data, then remove them [not the backup] and then try, once your done modding you just put them back in. although 1.11 does not work with mods at least for me since i can't play maps after modding
Mod assistant looks for steam_api and cream_api, not the entire folder. I made a batch script to automatically move these files to a different folder and back when using mod assistant, so just a tip. 1.11.1 was uploaded too
Suddenly Mod Assistant won't install any mods. Deleted the Plugins folder, tried to install something, says finished installing, but it didn't create the folder or installed any mods. WTF? Edit: needed to launch Beat Saber after installing mods, then it showed up... Never mind. Also downloaded 1.11.1 version from somewhere else with 90/360 versions for older DLC maps :)
Here's SongCore.dll compatible with 1.11.0, I built it myself: http://www.mediafire.com/file/3zm9faf6zvftloo/SongCore.dll/file upload to http://virustotal.com to check it's got nothing suspicious in it. To use it, first install SongCore with Mod Assistant normally, then just replace SongCore.dll in Beat Saber/Plugins with my version. Now Linkin Park and all custom songs work :)
This version of SongCore fixes the play button, and is no longer supported, as 1.12.1 came out. Here for anyone who's experiencing issues with 1.12.1+ SongCore: Either do a clean install or update the game.
Yes, the problem is when I install the chroma plugin, I can't play songs anymore. Seems like SongCore.dll updates and stop working like yours. Then, when I replace again SongCore.dll, the Chroma extension is deleted ingame. So I can't get Chroma extension and yout SongCore.dll working at the same time.
I found a fix, that at least works for me. This version of Chroma on GitHub seems to work. https://github.com/Aeroluna/Chroma/releases/tag/2.1.1 What we're dealing with is SongCore 1.11.0 and 1.11.1 Chroma, and this version of Chroma seems to work with 1.11.0. (I mean the one that f3tus uploaded) It'll work until someone requests an update for 1.11.1, then we can update SongCore and Chroma just like normal. Use the same method that you used to install the patched version of SongCore to install this version of Chroma.

There's a better fix now in a different thread. It includes a patched SongCore DLL and a usable version of Chroma, but we have 1.11.1 now. Keep your mods updated until 1.12.1 mods exist.
i did read it i uninstalled songcore then changed modloader version to 1.6.1 then reinstalled it but when i go into beatsaber i can indeed play original maps but custom songs wich require songcore and mapping extensions just dont load maybe its an issue with just me?
ok so i got a way to get song core but its using an older beat saber, BUTTTTT you get song core works in norm its using 1.10, i downloaded it when it was 1.10 if your up with using an older beat saber i'll give the download (For admins, dont get triggerd its your file, i downloaded it and never del it)

If you use Mod Assistant you will need to uninstall SongCore if you want to play anything at all, because clicking on "Play" doesn't work. For example, these are new 90/360 maps: Expert + Rattlesnake, Rogue Reason For Living, Morgan Page PopStars, K/DA Rum ’N Bass, Boom Kitty Expert Escape, Jaroslav Beck Fire, Ready, Aim, Green Day Digital, Imagine Dragons Hard Has a Meaning, Timbaland The Greatest Show, Panic! At The Disco Luv U Need U, Slushii They work for me. Oh, I also copied all the DLCs from 1.9 to 1.11, maybe that's why it works for me.

and if someone asks how to install custom songs so this is how: 1.go to http://bsaber.com (BeastSaber) and go to the songs tab. 2. search the name of the song that you want, if you want to just install it so click on the download button (the arrow that is pointing down) but if you want to see how the song looks/hears like so press on the play button. 3. After you downloaded the song go to your beat saber folder and your downloads folder in the beat saber folder go to Beat Saber_Data folder then go to Custom Levels, create a new folder and type the name of the song that you downloaded as it's name, then go to downloads take your zip file that you downloaded and put it inside the folder with his name then right click on the zip file click extract here and you are done, you can now delete the zip file and open beat saber.
The current version works (v1.11). It only has the Linkin Park songs, but the rest of the songs can be copied from a previous version in the corresponding folder. Do they work. What doesn't work are the 46 new beatmaps that they added months ago ... a shame. I guess we need the DLCs updated as well. Thank you so much for everything.

download he song that you want on beastsaber, go to beat saber\beat saber data\custom level, and you extract them here. note that at the end you sould have a folder with a usually a name wich dont mean anything.

If you want to play this through Oculus instead of Steam VR if you're on an Oculus headset, first you have to put it into steam as a non steam game. Once you've done that, you go to the games properties, and select "set launch options". From there, type in "-vrmode oculus". Click ok, then you should be good to go.

I got my quest for 300$, and bought beat saber on it. The quest version of beat saber is horrendous so I'm downloading the cracked pc version, not paying for the same exact game twice just for mods

the name seems to be hardcoded on the dll, I remember putting my crack together on 1.9.0 because the dll wasn't the usual steam api one and it just seemed weird to not have .ini files, you could still try to create steam_api.ini, this is mine:

Why does the link not working for me? The links redirected me to some page showing "Thank you for your visit. Your links will be created in 5 secs", but nothing shows up afterward, and it downloads some suspicious .exe file that is detected as virus from my anti virus software. The exe file is called "Your file is ready". Srsly, this is not beat saber
it should show "click here to download" below the timer when its at 0 depending on your monitor you may need to scroll down to see it, and it should bring you to the correct .rar file
you cant sideload this, the only way you can play this version is if you use oculus link. I can't tell you exactly where to download the apk file that you can sideload using sidequest, but if you do a search on the piracy subreddit in reddit, you'll probably find it.

You need to go to your Beat Saber folder than Beat Saber\Beat Saber_Data\Plugins, and then open steam_api.dll, and the change the line where it says PersonaName, or just Name, and then remove whatever's on the line, and replace it with whatever you want.
Would love to know the new location to change the player name. Game working 100% on vive 1st gen. followed thatoneshortkid instructions and links for all customs mods working 100%. It even posts to a scoreboard. I assume the scoreboard is not an official one as it tracks all the scores for the custom songs.

For your information it was downloadable before in 1.07 with the DLC ... now it is 1.08 without the DLC said to me so is the advantage for everyone precisely? because except that it is 1.08 which normally brings new songs to which we will not even have access there is not really a change. so why not leave 1.07? can you answer that you are so smart sir who takes it high ...
I'm not sure anyone could answer that because it made about as much sense as giving a toddler a gun. You are wrong, to those who do not have the base game, it is very useful. It would be great if the DLCs were included, but it's still useful without them. If the update doesn't provide what you want, don't update it. Nobody's forcing you to update.
to explain more simply because some apparently a little trouble. there was version 1.07 which contained the base game AND the DLC. thereafter we are given 1.08, which prevents us from downloading 1.07, without the DLC. it's as if we give you the same car as yours, with which you had options, but that on the new one you take away these famous options short so for those who had not the game it was very good to also leave at 1.07 with the DLC. it came back to the same see it was even a better option. but it does not matter to continue to accept always less well when we can have better it is true remain mediocre. anyway this probleme was settled very quickly because the 1.09 has All DLc which confirms what I said it is bcp bcp better with all DLC
Mods don't seem to be working with this version, have copied the bispa files,opened with IPA but nothing seems to work here, have tried downloading the new mod assistant but it detects my game is cracked any fixes?
how do I install mods on this version? I've tried old ways of installing but they don't seem to quite work. IK that in a certain version BSIPA added crack protection, and that a way to installing it is to downgrade the BSIPA, but that doesn't work for me
Extract the files(_local_mods and ModAssistant) to your Beat Saber directory
Open ModAssistant
Install your mods
Open your Beat Saber.exe with your IPA.exe file. (you might need to do that a couple of times) (If you don't now how to, or if you don't understand here's a GIF to show you how) Now you should have mods! (i hope) (If you get a prompt saying that the _local_mods folder isn't found, try again and make sure you copied Mod Assistant and _local_mods folder to your root Beat Saber folder. If it still doesn't work just unzip the http://bsipa.zip file in the _local_mods folder with WinRAR, WinZIP, or 7-ZIP, and then copy those files to your Beat Saber folder. I don't use this but I would try the latest version of songe-converter, can be found on github, author is lolPants, go to releasses 2.1(or 2.0 if 2.1 doesn't work) and songe-converter.exe inside assets.
doesn't work, when i try to launch beat saber with bsipa, only bsipa launch (idk if it's normal or not),i tried to do it 6-7 times, but each times the mods wasn't installed, it was only the vanilla beat saber. i'm on acer headset(or windows mixed reality if you prefer)

If that's the case it sounds like a BSIPA issue or some mod causing troubles, try to uninstall all mods (except BSIPA), if it works with BSIPA only proceed to install mods 1 by 1 to find the problem. If it doesn't work with BSIPA only I'm afraid I can't do much from here, haven't seen similar reports on any of the repositories (modassistant and bsipa).
I suspect that the crack team didn't put in the DLC files. I was comparing the contents with the 1.7.0 DLC version and they missed out the DLC contents
I tried copy pasting the 1.7 DLC folder into the 1.8 game, it wasn't detected. I also tried using the 1.7 crack with 1.8 game and 1.7 DLC folder, still not detected
I just get the "buy music pack" button on all the dlc songs. Am I missing something or doing something wrong? I just installed the game, put all my custom songs in, and tried to play some levels.

Finally got the mods tab in-game to show up. But a problem- Mod manager doesn't want to install new mods, Like "mapping extensions" for example, I click the box, a checkmark appears. I click install and or update, it does it's thing, but once I just close it and open it, the "Mapping extensions" don't have a checkmark anymore and it's like nothing happened..... Can I install mods manually?
Hmm, that's weird, try redownloading the Mod Assistant. If that still doesn't work, try BeatDrop, which might work, but you'll have to extract the BSIPA file in the local_mods folder every time you install a mod. If you want to install mods manually, join the Beat Saber Modding Community Discord Server.
Well, It apparently installs the mods, but the next time I open it up, they aren't ticked... Not a big thing though , since I just installed all the mods I care about and now I know that all the one's I care about are already installed :) Thanks for the help though, wery helpfull post!
Actually, I think I know the reason. If you go into the settings of ModAssistant, and check the Check Installed Mods box, and then the Save Install Mods box, or whatever it’s called, it might save.

I got the source for bsipa 3.13.7 and mod assistant 1.0.30, made my fixes and compiled as always(bsinstalldir.txt and platforms change), it worked for 1.7.0(even that mod assistant says 1.6.1). I had to run the game twice to get the left side mods tab. I used this to get the 3.13.7 source:

If you want to just use my compiled one(no need to install software, edit and compile), download the file from the link at the end and start instructions at the bottom (after the 2 ======== separating lines). Let me know which step is unclear. For more advanced users, if you want to compile your own you need to install git and visual studio 2019, use git/cd commands from command line to get the files, then use visual studio to edit and compile as instructed. Also let me know if you get stuck at a specific step.
Can't get any mods to work. I followed the BSIPA no piracy thing, same as I did with 1.5. It worked then, but not now. It keeps putting the mods in a "pending" folder in the IPA folder, and even moving them to the plugins folder doesn't work. It just boots Vanilla Beat Saber.
For some reason I try to load it up but it always crashes and when it does it shows the beat saber logo and a exclamation point at the top left. Please help! Idk how to fix this.
No downloads BSIPA or MOD ASSISTANT in the links. Has the author removed them?? BTW, with other downloaded mods, and following your guide, still not working.
Really the only type of security is a simple piracy check, and removing it would fix it, I think because I wasn't the one who coded out the check, credit to Logandi.
I'm having the same problem, put the BSIPA files in the root folder, moved the mods from the pending file into the plugins file in the root folder and still no mods show up or work. I've tried opening with the IPA.exe and that doesnt fix it either.
Try re downloading the Mod Assistant, it happened to me before. If that doesn't work, try something else like BeatDrop, and if that dosen't work, you can download mods manually from the Beat Saber Modding Discord, as a last resort. Even if you do get it to work, I highly recommend joining, because there are very good mods that aren't in the Mod Assistant, and models.
So I followed the guide and I now have "mod settings" in game, but I can't find beatsaver downloader for custom tracks. I definitely had it checked when I ran mod assistant.
I'm playing this game on my oculus quest with link cable and gtx 1650 graphic card, everything is awesome. It's way better than oculus quest beat saber app, with regard to light and reflection effects.

I haven't seen oculus link compatibility page before, but I haven't had any issue until today with my gtx 1650 graphic card. Additional information: I'm running rift games on my quest with laptop (not tower pc), it's Lenovo L340. But some games that require high graphic card specification in not running at 72 fps like Arizona Sunshine which running at approx. 36 fps (not playable for me). I'm playing these games with no issue: beat saber, job-vacation simulator, super hot, Gorn, Fisherman's Tale etc.

Sorry for being retarded, but I can't get it to work. I put the IPA stuff in the root folder along with the mod assistant. I started the mod assistant and installed the mods I wanted. I then ran the injector but the mods weren't there when I started the game. For 1.5 I had do do that weird shit like moving ini file to and from the plugins folder. I didn't think I had to do that with yours because yours doesn't piracy check but maybe I was wrong. I checked the logs and it said my installation was invalid and that I need to buy the game. Maybe your removal of the piracy check was incomplete?
Ok, I tried again in this order. Extracted the game and put mod assistant in it. Ran mod assistant. Then I took your IPA files and pasted them into the game folder. Then I tried running the game. Still got the invalid install. After that, I tried moving winhttp.dll from the IPA folder to the game folder but it still didn't work.
I recovered my 1.4/1.5 scores. The problem is that the cracked version 1.6 contains a different user name than the cracked version 1.4/1.5 on the .ini files, the file is Beat Saber_Data\Plugins\Steamconfig.ini, you have to set the PlayerName to:VALVE Even that it is a simple edit I would backup my game folder and LocalLow appdata just in case
Go to whereyourbeatsaberpathis\Beat Saber_Data\Plugins
Find all of the .ini files in your Plugins folder, and put it in another folder. (cream_api.ini, SteamConfig.ini, and valve.ini)
Then open ModAssistant, and install the mods you want.
Now, copy over the IPA files that you downloaded earlier to your beat saber path.
Put winhttp.dll into your root beat saber folder.
Now open Beat Saber. (Your mods should now work. One way to check if its working is if Beat Saber has a higher FOV, if you installed CameraPlus.) Now close beat saber.

You don't need a mod for Custom Songs, you can just use BeatDrop to install songs, just every time you download a song you have to copy back the BSIPA files.

I built my own BSIPA and Mod Assistant modified to prevent anti piracy issues(and having to move .inis) and possibly avoid auto updates on both. I finally have mods, thank you. The only extra thing I had to do was run the game via "ipa.exe --launch" the first time.
Managed to achieve this by putting this game into Steam library manually (as non-Steam game) and marking it as VR title. Then it was possible to open it in SteamVR with no issue. Thanks, though :)
Can't make this work, i downloaded and putted it on DLC directory as you said but the Rocket league songs still says that there's no internet connection
For anyone wanting to change your player name from the default VALVE, here is how: After installing the game open the location: Beat Saber > Beat Saber_Data > Plugins From here you have 2 files to edit [SteamConfig.ini & valve.ini] just replace where it says VALVE to your name. Save the files and load up Beat Saber.
Just so everyone knows, custom songs work perfectly fine but you CAN NOT USE MODS. This is because IPA (the injector) has an anti-piracy system built in so no matter what you do it cannot be bypassed.
Buddy look like 5 comments under yours, it can be bypassed and it isnt that hard. Nearly all games in here have some sort of anti piracy system everything can be bybassed (Except when games require a network connection to a server then it can't cause bypassing that would be i l l e g a l.)

its simple, go to http://beatsaver.com and download some of the beat maps you like, after that check that the info and the difficulty files (example: Expert, hard) are .dat and not .json, if they are .json convert to .dat , after that just place the file into (commonn -> beat saber -> Beat Saber Data -> CustomLevels) and then just drop it there

Delete any torrent site links in the game directories, and rename the *.ini files to something with a different extension (.ini.bak works). Don't forget to change the name back to .ini once you're done using the mod installer.
this does work, mod assistant says it has installed them, and it has, but the mods just don't work on 1.3.0. using bsipa manually gives an error and mods just dont work
no. it's a game made for vr. there a custom song creator, but even if you want to try it, you need to get into the game with the headset, select the good option, then come back on the computer. a simple .exe to open directly the song creator would be better, but they didn't do it.
i also would have no clue how you would do that maybe if it would be like without the sabers and ya need to press a specific button to correspont the right direction and color of the note but that would be hard also sorry for the bad grammar

i see from my side, the version that is on the website(normaly your version) is 1.3.0b1. actually, i don't see any way to mod to this version. i think you will need to try to find the old version.
I removed the piracy check for Mod Assistant below. Just download ModAssistant.exe and drop it one directory above your Beat Saber one. Technically you should be able to drop it anywhere and point it to your Beat Saber directory but it was screwing up for me. https://github.com/MegaMagicPower/ModAssistant/releases After doing that, you can download custom songs. To play them, go to the "Party" button and then to "Custom Maps". If you try to play them in "Solo", it won't let you because Solo tracks your score for online, and since you can't go online with the pirated version the play button will be greyed out.

Yeah it looks like the BISPA thing is completely separate from Mod Assistant and they added that check only recently. I don't have VS 2019, which you need to build it, otherwise I'd give it a try. Yeah either there or Party mode. I think its right because I did a search and it said that Solo mode records any scores you get on the online leaderboard, and since the pirated version can't go online, it won't let you play there. I think its only the most recent version that changed it to be this way because I used to be able to play solo on the older ones.
As people have said in the comments, I don't think this is 1.1.0p1, I'm trying to get custom sabers in it seems they are only available in 1.1.0p1, all other mods work fine when you select 1.1.0. And when I decided to try and install sabers and select 1.1.0p1 they actually worked, but I couldn't use any of my songs. Trying to fix this rn.

The Mod manager classic is what i used and it install the mods. This download file is Beat Saber 1.1.0 The person who uploaded the file probably made a mistake. When you install the mods, download songs ingame and goto “Party mode” instead of the play button because custom songs dont work on the “Play mode” “Party mode” is exactly like “Play mode” but doesnt show online players scores, its kind of like Local mode

I can't seem to get v1.1.0 to work for some reason, 1.0 works no problem (also with mods etc) but v1.1.0 doesn't want to work, the beat saber logo comes up, but then between the fade to the main menu, it just holds and freezes? using Rift S with all drivers up to date, any ideas?

My bad! I read the instructions and overlooked the crack location! Reading your comment made me realise this, I was placing the files in the root folder and not the Beat Saber_Data \ Plugins folder! If someone posts the bought dlc you play them as a custom song. However, I think the custom maps are way better than beat sabers official maps, especially by quality mappers like bennydabeast.

ok i got a fix you have to download any song of your choice on http://bsaver.com and download it and go to beat saber data and custom levels and then select the song you want and then change the .egg to .ogg then go into the info.dat and open it with a notepad program then do ctrl f and find egg and change that to ogg this works ive been working on it for a fix for days i got it working trust me if you need more help just msg me
i described a way to convert new songs way easyer in a comment i left 2 days ago. It helps you to convert all your songs at once by selecting all song folders and dragging them on the .exe this way you dont have to manually edit every song one by one. You can find it by scrolling down a little

Another solution for run custom songs if you already have the game with the mods installed(if not on request I can share my folder without the songs ). This is a temporary solution for now.

start cmd (on the search bar type cmd)
copy the directory like a link in chrome... c/user/.... and so on
type in cmd cd space paste what you copied in step 4

To get custom songs working on Beat Saber 1.0: install Beat Saber v1.0 download the song you want from http://bsaver.com unzip the files rename the 'song.egg' to 'song.ogg' open the 'info.dat' file with notepad change "_songFilename": "song.egg", to "_songFilename": "song.ogg", save the info.dat file move the folder to Beat Saber_Data\CustomLevels You can now play this song. It's a bit of a pain but this method works for custom songs until someone figures out how to get mods working again or we get the new update.

no, it requires a VR headset. It is a PC game though, as all desktop VR headsets rely on the desktop to run the game. Although, it cannot be played alone on the PC without a headset. The game will launch, but you will not be able to do anything.

Did you download an exe file? When opening the exe, did you get a rar file, or am I missing something? If the above is true, you downloaded an ad, make sure you get the correct file.
Why am i getting this error? It loads up the screen then closes after loading all the vr software. (Edit: It was just my dumbass fault for combining files from two different versions of the game.)
Copy the files on your Google Drive and then go to your G Drive and copy the rar file to your Drive again. Now you have a working Download on your own drive. After your DL is finished, delete the copied file because your storage isn't unlimited.
I've installed all the mods but when I launch de game nothing appears. Inside the installation folder appears everything such as custom avatar, songs etc but once the game its launched nothing seems to change

Everything is tested and scanned before being uploaded, this website is virus free. If you get a trojan, it's false positive, like explained http://igg-games.com/virus-trojan.html.
move the folder/files in "Beat Saber\Beat Saber_Data\Plugins" to somewhere completely different (aslong as its not in the main beat saber folder) then use the mod manager. After that place the files back :)
A.Beat Saber Mod Manager is no longer excepted B.just go into Beat Saber_data/Plugins and move the "valve" file out and it won't flag you in modsaber and after just move it back
Yeah, but what it does is, it checks if Beat Saber_data/Plugins contains a .ini file. Just change the file extension, and ModSaber Installer will think your copy is legit.

I mean, that's what works for me. I literally just rename the .ini file to a .ini.bak file, and it just lets me install mods. You do have to make sure there aren't any .ini files in the folder. (Had an issue with having like three .ini files in the folder, and I renamed only one of them)
Yes, this works. There are five files that the modloader looks for to determine if it is pirated. valve.ini is one of them. the igg-games and gamestorrent links in the base directory are also targets.

the confusion is that there is 2 different mod programs. one is officially supported and will not work on cracked versions of the game. the other is not official and will work on both versions of the game. gotta search and download the unofficial one. a little google never hurt anybody

Wrong. You can still use the new version, so long has you can spare twenty minutes to do a little research and "fix" their piracy detection. Here's your hints: All of the source code for the mod manager is freely viewable on github, and you'll need a way to open and modify .asar files.
I already bought the game but the new version 0.12 is horrible. Slicing blocks feels much worse than before, the sabers look worse, everything is just terrible. So I downloaded this and I am back on 0.11.2 with all the good mods and stuff. Guys seriously. You don't want them to update to 0.12. Trust me. This patch only came because they wanted to make it look as shitty as on PSVR.

I can't, when I instaled the new mod version for the 0.11.2 , it said it's an older version of beat saber, and when I try to download the mod version for the 0.11.2 it says that there is a new mod version. sweet, this version works fine with custom songs/ beat saver otherwise known as beat saber mod manager 2.1.3! :) happy days, now if only people would stop making all the good songs expert only difficulty... i prefer hard, and newbies (or guests) would prefer easy or normal.. expert is dumb.. you just flail around wildly or memorize everything.

If you want to run the game from Steam - put the folder on Steam\steamapps\common, and the manifest file on Steam\steamapps
If you want to run the game without Steam - copy both files from the folder Crack in the folder Beat Saber_Data\Plugins (with replacement). Run the file Beat Saber.exe when SteamVR is running.
the sound doesn't work. i checked the cables and audio settings and everything is fine. there is sound coming through my oculus normally when out of game but in-game it's all silent. any help?

The latest mod doesn't work on this Version and the version you linked won't install because it's not the latest vr... the game is great, but having additional songs is a must.
Thanks for this post, sorry to bother, but do you know how to start up beat saber? I downloaded it, and tried opening it a few different ways, and even added "-vr -steamvr" into the launch options, but nothing is working. It opens and then closes instantly.

Cracked version can be modded but few mods may not work if they require features from the lastest versions. CustomSongs is working on my cracked game. Tweaks by Taz is the only mod I found that was not working with my version. It allows to lower volume of the hit. CustomSongs are a must if you want to play this game alot, otherwise the 10 songs are not enough. BeatSaver website will offer you hours of content
Can you explain how you got it to work? everytime time I install the song injector into my game the game no longer allows me to press any of the buttons on the menu. Could you maybe give me some insight on how to make it work?
Strange I'm sure I answered your question yesterday... Version 0.11 changed something that make newest ModLoader not work with old version so you'll have to redownload the game with lastest version of Beat Saber then grab ModLoader on Beatsaver.
Try the game you shoulve already have two new song (Angel voice from official update and Death to Disco installed with loader) If it doesn't work try dragging BeatSaber.exe to IPA.exe or launch Beat Saber (Patch & Launch) in administrator mode. It used to be required but I think it's now automatic. Anyway if you launch the game and see v0.11.1 you can head on the discord cause your version can handle modding even if cracked :D
i got this game here, played two songs, bought the game, immediately went into hard mode and started beating my fat friends score, 10/10 testing a game before you buy.
Help please. It doesnt work with Beat Saver mod. The beat saver button is there but when i clicked it, the game becomes unresponsive. Also the I put the downloaded song inside the customsong folder, doesnt show up in-game. I dont want to be stuck with just 10 songs.
Thank you so much for uploading this! I first wanted to buy it but then I told myself that I have to try it out first. Now I was able to do that and I've come to the conclusion that those 20$ are not getting spent by me because it's just too repetetive. After playing all songs on normal and hard I'm getting bored because expert is just too hard to practice when all blocks are cluttered in one place and you can't see in which speed you have to slice down and up again it's just ridicioulus. It's fun and all but come on stop overhyping this game.
Try out CustomSongs. The game itself is indeed limited but once you add customs songs downloaded from discord or BeatSaver you end up with weeks of content. As for the base expert songs it's a matter of playing alot which you will do if you get more songs. After you can come back and try yourself. Some CustomSongs come with Expert+ mode which are insane but can be done. It's like learning a very complexe dance :)

I was looking forward to this game. Yet after i saw it here, and thought of testing it to make sure it is as i expected. It is awesome. Even so it is in early acces now on steam it works perfect. They announced to finish the first final build this year and i already bought it now on steam. This is a well designed game and as a OSU! player like me, this is how it should be. Easy to get into, hard to master. I am looking forward for upcoming updates and the planned mapeditor. Guys, get this game, it is some well spent money if you own a VR and search for good VR Games.

I did not try to install the crack so i don't know if that would work. If you compare the two DLC text files you find that the DLC text file from the game does not have all the songs listed in it as compared to the DLC text file from the crack.
I hope this makes sense as I am not a programmer by any means.

but games dev can make their own protection against this, but i doubt it's the case in beat saber. when it's the case, most likely the dlc will not be unlocked because they double check if you really own it, but they've seemed to be lazy in beat saber because it's working just fine.
i mean, it's not impossible to get ban on a specific game for this, but very unlikely. and being ban on steam itself is even more unlikely

this is version 1.13.4 with all DLC and custom mods.
But there is a large catch and you will brick the game if you dont listen.
included in this version is a file called mod assistant you need to set mod assistant to version 1.13.4 in the version tab once you accept the license agreement and select mods and then update only saber factory thats it nothing else if you update anything else the game will atuo lock all dlc just update saber factory only.
make sure you also block the app from the internet version 1.13.4 and version 1.16.1 all dial home to facebook make sure you have them blocked in windows firewall.
and you should be able to run the modded version of beatsaber without issue

to use one click install, move the steam api ini file somewhere that isn't in the unity plugins folder, open mod assistant, go into settings and enable beat saver one click installs

also go into steamvr and make sure your resolution is around 1900x1900 or more globally and for the game
If you have camera2 or cameraplus installed, the rendering scale on your camera may also be low
I recommend you to manually add this game to your Oculus or Steam Library (as an unknown source). It will be easier to start it ;)
Oh, and a last thing: don’t forget a new version of Beat Saber (1.13.4) has just been released so Beat Together (multiplayer mod) may not work

All mods have been completely broken and will take time to re-make, only very basic custom songs remain, and the new UI sucks ass....
And I'd assume the cracked version won't even have multiplayer, that's a given most of the time, so an update on the cracked version would be a severe downgrade for the coming month...

What we're dealing with is SongCore 1.11.0 and 1.11.1 Chroma, and this version of Chroma seems to work with 1.11.0. (I mean the one that f3tus uploaded)
It'll work until someone requests an update for 1.11.1, then we can update SongCore and Chroma just like normal.
Use the same method that you used to install the patched version of SongCore to install this version of Chroma.

With this 1.11 version you can play the Linkin Park songs and the 46 new beatmaps from 1.10, but you can't play some/most/all? custom songs, because the SongCore mod 2.9.11+ only works with Beat Saber 1.11.1 and not with 1.11.0 (this release). If you use Mod Assistant you will need to uninstall SongCore if you want to play anything at all, because clicking on "Play" doesn't work. This release needs to be updated to 1.11.1 for everything to work, or someone needs to build SongCore 2.9.10 from https://github.com/Kylemc1413/SongCore/commits/master by skipping the last few commits.
I currently have 2 Bear Saber folders, 1.9 for custom songs and 1.11 for Linkin Park. Annoying but works.

1.go to http://bsaber.com (BeastSaber) and go to the songs tab.
2. search the name of the song that you want, if you want to just install it so click on the download button (the arrow that is pointing down) but if you want to see how the song looks/hears like so press on the play button.
3. After you downloaded the song go to your beat saber folder and your downloads folder
in the beat saber folder go to Beat Saber_Data folder then go to Custom Levels, create a new folder and type the name of the song that you downloaded as it's name, then go to downloads take your zip file that you downloaded and put it inside the folder with his name
then right click on the zip file click extract here and you are done, you can now delete the zip file and open beat saber.

If you try to play them in "Solo", it won't let you because Solo tracks your score for online, and since you can't go online with the pirated version the play button will be greyed out.

“Party mode” is exactly like “Play mode” but doesnt show online players scores, its kind of like Local mode

However, I think the custom maps are way better than beat sabers official maps, especially by quality mappers like bennydabeast.
When you scroll to the bottom of the page you will find it under assets. Will edit the link in my original post sice alot of people dont seem to understand how github works.
This is a temporary solution for now.

install Beat Saber v1.0
download the song you want from http://bsaver.com
unzip the files
rename the 'song.egg' to 'song.ogg'
open the 'info.dat' file with notepad
change "_songFilename": "song.egg", to "_songFilename": "song.ogg",
save the info.dat file
move the folder to Beat Saber_Data\CustomLevels
You can now play this song.
It's a bit of a pain but this method works for custom songs until someone figures out how to get mods working again or we get the new update.

Inside the installation folder appears everything such as custom avatar, songs etc but once the game its launched nothing seems to change
whatever i select a song it says fail to load
otherwise all other songs work's flawlessly

Paste the output onto pastebin.

Beat Saber v0.12.2 Released
So I downloaded this and I am back on 0.11.2 with all the good mods and stuff.
Guys seriously. You don't want them to update to 0.12.
Trust me.
This patch only came because they wanted to make it look as shitty as on PSVR.
You can select in the upper right corner which version you want to mod.
happy days, now if only people would stop making all the good songs expert only difficulty... i prefer hard, and newbies (or guests) would prefer easy or normal.. expert is dumb.. you just flail around wildly or memorize everything.
okay, my bad, just didnt realise the game could be so small, lol: 145mb zipped 225mb unzipped (approx) but i believe this is indeed the full game. :)

First open the crack folder in the file you downloaded and copy the 2 files in the CRACK folder.
second open the beatsaber_data folder. then once there open the plugins folder and
paste the 2 files u copied.
Now open beatsaber and your good to go! :D

CustomSongs are a must if you want to play this game alot, otherwise the 10 songs are not enough. BeatSaver website will offer you hours of content
Version 0.11 changed something that make newest ModLoader not work with old version so you'll have to redownload the game with lastest version of Beat Saber then grab ModLoader on Beatsaver.
If it doesn't work try dragging BeatSaber.exe to IPA.exe or launch Beat Saber (Patch & Launch) in administrator mode. It used to be required but I think it's now automatic.
Anyway if you launch the game and see v0.11.1 you can head on the discord cause your version can handle modding even if cracked :D
It will take some time getting used too.. But I think it would be worth my money If I had some that is..
I dont want to be stuck with just 10 songs.
I first wanted to buy it but then I told myself that I have to try it out first.
Now I was able to do that and I've come to the conclusion that those 20$ are not getting spent by me because it's just too repetetive. After playing all songs on normal and hard I'm getting bored because expert is just too hard to practice when all blocks are cluttered in one place and you can't see in which speed you have to slice down and up again it's just ridicioulus. It's fun and all but come on stop overhyping this game.
As for the base expert songs it's a matter of playing alot which you will do if you get more songs. After you can come back and try yourself. Some CustomSongs come with Expert+ mode which are insane but can be done. It's like learning a very complexe dance :)

It is awesome. Even so it is in early acces now on steam it works perfect.
They announced to finish the first final build this year and i already bought it now on steam. This is a well designed game and as a OSU! player like me, this is how it should be. Easy to get into, hard to master.
I am looking forward for upcoming updates and the planned mapeditor.
Guys, get this game, it is some well spent money if you own a VR and search for good VR Games.
