how to fix:XINPUT1_4.DLL ISSUE.
1- go to
https://www.dll-files.com/xinput1_4.dll.html
2- download file
3-unzip the file
4-paste in C:\Windows\System32 or in game folder.

Try placing the dll in the game folder, if that does not work, ask
