I was asked to fix the auto configuration problem on each launch of the game. The game is automatically changing the video settings every time it is being launched and it is a pain in the as to revert them every time. So I'll leave this fix here for those who need it. Please feel free to copy paste it where ever you want without mentioning me. Navigate to C -> Users -> Public -> Steam -> CODEX -> 673950 -> remote Inside the folder "remote" create a "global_config.xml" file right click on it and paste the code below:
Save and exit. Then right click on the file and click Properties. Check the "Read only" box and press ok. You will have to adjust the code above based on your hardware performance. For example a value of 0 means Disabled. 1 is low, 2 is medium, 3 is high, 4 is very high. The 2 last options are frame limiters. 30 is min and 200 is the max value. RenderSize value="1" means 100%. Make sure to always check the "Read only" box every time you edit the file. If you launch the game without it, the game will erase the file.
It's been a few months since I've played this game and was wondering how do I transfer my save from the codex version to the igg version? Is there a way to copy and paste it? Thank you if there is a way Update: I did find the codex file for the save of my farm and I believe the stats of the codex profile.Just wondering where the igg xml profile is to see if I can copy and past my old stats on it
Sorry for the late reply as I have been busy but I did figure out how to transfer the save file over. It took a few days of head scratching, failures, and pleading but it was the farms.dat file I believe :) I had the codex version of the game before it had the igg profile but I do thank you for responding to help.

Hi, you might want to try Parsec. I've not tried it for this game personally, but you should be able to play "locally" with at least 1 other person. Also... the cost of this game is less than a third of your internet bill so what's this about not being affordable??
I was playing this game at 1.0 version till update 4 (the profile says CODEX), and the save still compatible after the update. But now, i can't play my previous save from update 4. I see from update 8 till 11 the profile is IGGgames, not CODEX anymore. So i though it's the profile. Can you please make it compatible IGG?
For Plaza RLS I used the steamworks fix, and it works. I can connect to people, works just fine, but after 5 minutes the game freezes and force closes. Any idea?
i believe i installed the game correctly and I keep getting an error that says "there was an error loading the farm. Please ensure that you have the latest version of the game" is there any way to fix this? if anyone can help it would be appreciated
i dont remember i just uninstalled the game cause it was one of those games where it has to update and outdated ones are shut down. so yea i guess just buy it.

I am a friend on steam with my friend, a problem: when I do shift + tab and I head on the arrow next to the name of my friend, I can not join, more when I go find firm, it tells me that no farm and found. Help me please.

They complain because it's an issue with the game. If cheat engine is a solution to an issue in your game's design that's okay to complain about. Shouldn't be expected to find solutions out of the game
Got a question, I noticed the crops are like time based (not like Harvest Moon) but does the crops grow forward despite we switched to different pc or use save game format?
