Since the fix has been out for damn near 2 years now, it seems very unlikely that IGG will ever end up uploading it, so your best bet is to try to find the game somewhere else, or to just buy the game when it goes on sale or something.

Hey man, looking at your specs, I can understand why they'd advise you against having a 64 bit system. Your RAM is alright for 64 bits, but your dual-core processor might struggle. If you can save up enough, consider buying a decent quad-core processor, like an Intel i3 or a good AMD cpu.

Wait until the prices drop again, and buy something that is powerful but cheap. I bought a 760 after saving up for 5 years and it's really great. In general, old Nvidia GTX series cards are pretty good and discounted. I was using a GTX 250 until a couple years ago and it ran most games on low-medium settings. That one only cost me like 100€.
