Well, the Japanese company [ensemble] does have a few with a male protagonist going to a all-girl academy. They are more light-hearted without the bullying and family part (the dad in this one reeeeeeeeally pisses me off XD). There is also one by CARAMEL-BOX called 処女はお姉さまに恋してる 2人のエルダー. Sorry if my English is bad, I am not a native speaker.
The only condition is that he must dress as a girl at the school and keep the fact that he is actually a boy from getting out.
