When I finish downloading, it says things about bad sector of the hard drive. How do I fix it?

So have tried to get this game multiple times now and no luck. Followed all the instructions and it just won't run. In fact everytime I start it my computer completely locks and not even ctrl-alt-delete works. I more than meet the requirements to run the game so it's not that.
When I select to play the game from the loader my screen just goes black and my computer locks. If I choose any other option my computer just gets stuck in an infinite loop of changing resolutions. I have tried running with different compatibilities and other settings but nothing works.

igg-games is the first website to came out on the google search for downloading this game and if i have to be honest this is the least website to found classic Illusion game, i guess hidden gem sometimes are hiding in plain sight

It's a shame they don't make games like these anymore.
