I have downloaded this and extract but I can't play it. whenever I clicked the app, it doesn't respond at all.

Need to disable Windows Defender, before you extract the game.
Go to Settings / Update & Security / Windows Security / Virus & Threat Protection / Virus & Threat Protection Settings / Real Time Protection = Off
