When trying to launch the game, I encountered the following error: "Fouc.exe - System Error. The code execution cannot proceed because xlive.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem."
If I try to install with the file "1Setup.exe", I get an error that says "The InstallShield Engine (iKernel.exe) could not be installed. The system cannot find the file specified."
When I try to install I get an error that says "This app has been blocked for your protection." I even tried with antivirus off but the same thing still happens.

The gfwlivesetup.exe in this zip worked for me to get the game up and running again.
It didn't work at first but I found a video to help me enable gpedit.msc in Windows 10 Home: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UA885sqU2lg
