I am wondering the reason why I cannot even install this game because my laptop (directx 12) is not compatible with the game. pls help, cheers!

Why I cannot install this game tried several times always stuck in setup.exe as in the pic cannot click next dont know why. If someone could help me really appreciate it. Much thanks
