Actually from what i see, Updated version also has soundtracks, Just no artbook :-)

since this is a gamemaker game the soundtracks are also included in the updated version

I don't know if this requires the base game as well. Since "The Apostles" is a DLC. Well, you can finde the base game on IGGs site anyway, it's 188 MB only.
