Hi. Having trouble getting this to work due to this. Already installed DX as well as Visual C++ but that made no difference; I also tried compatibility modes and ran as administrator. Any help would be appreciated.
Usually it's related to directx Microsoft visuals, see if you have all versions installed on your pc. or firmware so. Make sure you have the latest version installed
This is my comment and I found the solution. One version of Visual C++ libraries were 32-bit for some reason. Uninstalling all versions and reinstalling did not help so I updated that file in particular to the 64-bit one. Here's a video that helped, in case anyone else needs help too.
Use that program, then locate and open Bulletstorm or any other game/exe that gives the 'Error 0xc00007b “Application was unable to start correctly”' problem. Scroll down the list until you find a red item. Update that particular one to x64. This should do the trick.
Well i fixed it lol -in the plaza folder, copy and paste the steam dll thingy files into the launcher's file (right click the shortcut icon on the desktop and go to it's original location) -replace the launcher by the one in the plaza folder enjoy blasting foes

It's a very straight-forward FPS, a bit like Serious Sam 2, I guess?
