My game stuck in loading screen where the bird keep jumping... the load process stuck at almost finished line... Actually, I have the previous game then I download from this and ekstrak it to new folder and didn't delete the previous game... Did that actually had to do with the way I got stuck?
HEY if you download the normal version...and use cheat engine in combo you can get an easy start on your first year. THen if you dowload and get this running it'll read the data from your file on the normal version and you can play it from the special edition! So far no issues!
I dont know whether it is a bug or no, but i cant seem to trigger any note event's from each NPC's after some note events occured. Anybody has an idea about this? Thanks
If anyone still having this problem , you just need to go to jeanne so the timer and health bar will show up. Complete that scene then it will go back to normal, had this same problem before lol

Hello! Not sure if you'll see this-- But I did the same thing I do with The Sims 4's updates and it's apparently working: I copied and pasted the files from the version 1.0.4 into the folder of the 1.0.3. Simply, I put the "Crack" files into the main folder, and the other ones into the "Data" folder. I hope it helps :)
Hey I have a question. I downloaded the game and can play it. But my time stays on 6am. Has anyone seen this or had this happen before? For some reason my time doesn't change.
Is there anyway to protect your crops from dying from the storm? For one thing I only know that the stone fence can protect them. Is the stone fence the only thing?
when i first got the game i got to spring 12, then i left my omputer and when i opened up the game again my savefiles were gone, i thought it would only happen once but now i got to summer 15, i got a motherfuking cow, named her Milky, boom shes gone with my 2 and a half notes worth of bamboo shoots with Jeanne I checked the savedata folder and my saves are still there, but it doesnt read them, i made a new game to make one save and compare them and theres no difference in the name...please i want milky back
maybe your save file corrupted. usually caused by saving process interrupted before it finished. im sorry i can't help you but i hope someone else able to help.
have you downloaded the latest version? when i was using v1.01 i have the same problem with you but after i use v1.02 & v1.03 the crash is gone for good
your saved game won't disappear, trust me :) save file separated from game directory so it's safe to replace your game folder and you can keep using your saved file

I enjoyed this game so far and now i'm at 18th summer. crash rarely occured. I think this harvest moon is pretty fun, i can get horse by buying it and can rack up easy money by selling jewel stones.Thank you very much IGG for uploading this, i hope you'll upload updated version if in case there's an update in the future :)
Endless crash :(... so, i think'll buy the game on steam, but i had playing about 25 hours (even with crash), but the crash is worse, how i send my saved game for a steam version? anyway? what is the file?
I had an issue with game crashing as well. I opened SmartSteamEmu.ini and changed a few things: At the beginning you will have InjectDll - I've changed this to 1 Scroll down and under LowViolence you will have Offline - I've changed that to 1 as well. A little lower you will have EnableOverlay - I've changed that to 0. In the [SSEOverlay] section (scroll down) you will have DisableOverlay - I've changed that to 0. I'm not sure which one helped, but after I've changed that (and saved, of course) I was able to get past the logo screen and actually play the game without major issues. Of course, that was only once I've arrived at Sally's house and her mother appeared. Not sure why, but the scene just froze (the sound and everything was on, but the dialog would not advance) and I was not able to get past it, so I have no idea how to fix that.
Day 1 worked perfectly, even shut down and continued a few times. Day 2 opened to this, even reinstalled and opened to the same result. I tried making a new game with it still like this but I got the results in the picture. Could it be anti-piracy? If anyone could help I would be incredibly grateful! Thank you!
I had this problem but managed to fix it after some tweaking. If you're still having this problem, go to appdata using the Run command (Windows Button + R for me). Once you're in Appdata, go to LocalLow and find the folder named Natsume Inc_. Rename that folder to whatever name you desire and restart Harvest Moon. You'll see that a new Natsume Inc_ folder would be made and you can play the game just fine. To make use of your old data, I recommend making a new game and then saving it. After that copy and paste your old data save from the renamed and old Natsume Inc_ folder to replace the new one. Hope that helps!
Crashed after reaching the name character segment. Then crashed upon loading. Launcher X64 and X32 both crashed So if I'm going to play a Harvest Moon game I'll just boot up my SNES and play that one.
Is Stardew Valley really that good? I've been more into World's Dawn myself and a friend's mentioned that SV's gotten some bizzare updates that have made it a lot less fun to play, but I've been thinking about giving it a try anyway.
I have never heard of World's Dawn, but yeah most people would call Stardew Valley the new Harvest Moon. It is really good and people do lose a lot of hours playing it.
Did you try running the steam exe? it works fine for me. Did you check if your computer can run it? I would try using canyourunit site to make sure if you are not well versed in computer parts.
I did use the steam file, I also should be able to run the game w/o any problems. Crashes still happen to the point I can barely get to the tap screen thing
If you have an Anti-Virus program running in the background, it may have quarantined the file. Make sure the directory for the game is on its Exceptioon List if you do have Anti-Virus. It could have also been deleted, in which case you have to redownload.. Nothing should have to be done to run the game except loading Launcher_x64 for 64-bit OS and Launcher for 32-bit OS. Any other issues are normally related to Anti-Virus programs
I remember the creator of Harvest Moon said that the HM is getting worse with every installations. The last good one is Harvest Moon: Back to Nature from the PsOne era.
Coz they hired wrong people to make the game. A talented artist will produce sth like Stardew Valley visuals. Whoever is the artist for this HM game should not work as a professional game artist. I'm quite sure it is the same artist as the one in Android HM game.
The Harvest Moon games after A New Beginning aren't even made by the original developer or part of the original series. They are just their own new brand by Natsume themselves

For those who wants Nostalgia Harvest Moon from past Harvest Moon games (before 3DS), you won't find it in this game, it have many flaws to it. One of them, the inconvenience save+load feature, you will have to open the menu and scroll down / up to find save, it's hidden away in the Menu for no reason. (You won't even see it when you first time play it) Another thing, you cannot run while holding item. You'll force to walk (apparently, bamboo shot is too heavy for farmer to carry) and if you try to move other part of the map, the item will return to your bag. For anyone wants comparison, yes this game is bad version of Stardew Valley, it have flaw designs, bad minor story plots, the running speed is slow (in my opinion, the running speed feels like jogging at morning break), force to wait each time you enter different section of map / building and you can easily mess up when "farming". Say, you want to water the crop, but you end up til the land instead, why? because you miss the spot by 1. The game automatic choose the farming tool for you (if you have the tools beforehand), this game requires more precision than Stardew Valley, you have been warned. (The trees can block your vision if you're not close to the tree.) Side note: Pulling Weeds out will count as stamina drain.
DS/3DS only worked because of Rune Factory, all the Harvest Moons (all of them) were horrible. But Rune Factory (the 1 was a bit weird because of the transformation was incomplete yet) was very good even if you don't like the Action part.
The Rune Factory series was good but Harvest Moon: DS was also one of the best Harvest Moon game released for the DS console. The satisfaction of having and marrying the most difficult girl to conquer in the series was a great experience.
I got angry with thoses hidden spirits and only played the common farm part until it got boring. It was more than 100 spirits, not even with the walkthrough list of spirits I found them, not to say it was boring.

You have to run launcher for a 32-bit OS and launcher x64 for a 64-bit OS. Also, make sure your Anti-Virus is disabled, if any. It will likely block the game from opening.

Don't bother with Harvest Moon games after A New Beginning if you liked the games from there and before. Anything carrying the title after a New beginning is made by Natsume. The original titles up to A New Beggining were developed by a Kapanese company called Marvelous now. They started localizing the games themselves as Story of Seasons, since Natsume retained the copyright and trademark for the name Harvest Moon, forcing them to change the name.
If you buy it like most people, yes, you pay for it. It has a 10% launch discount, though. They are just commenting on their thoughts about the price of the game and its quality. Personally, it would be better off at a $15 price.
Gotta say this is on of the worst HM games in the series.. very very slow and the loading times are pretty insane ( one for every time you wake up, then load camera in house, then leave house, then move one screen left... it's overkkill) also it looks like a crappy android game. The good news is that this isn't part of the same series. The Harvest Moon you know and probably love is now known as Story of Seasons because the publisher changed. Natsume owns the Harvest Moon name so I think they're just releasing as many crappy games as they can before people realize that the series they want goes by a different name now.

At first, I didn't care about its review at all, but after playing for half an hour, I was really disappointed by the downgrade quality of this game. HM was well known for cute, not only cute, but decent graphics quality. By looking at past HM games, you can tell that the team behind it worked really hard to deliver a great game to player.... n now, when I see this HM, it's like.... amateurish android game or sumthin'

Yeah things changed I've heard with all the new harvest moon games pumping out because there is a different team working on it. The last installments on the 3ds were kind of garbo, and the team we like are working on story of seasons so yeah. This game looks exactly like the one for 3ds but worse.
yeah, many don't seem to realize this, but Harvest Moon up to A New Beginning on 3DS were actually a Japanese series called Bokujou Monogatari. All Harvest Moon games after that have been made by the Western publisher ever since. The Bokujou Monogatari series is still being localized, though, but as Story of Seasons and they are being localized by the American branch of the Japanese developer for the series. Natsume just kept the name Harvest Moon, so they had to change the name for future localizations of Bokujou Monogatari..

because they have split studio now. "harvest moon" for natsume and "story of seasons" for marvelous but they are from same series of harvest moon but have different names

As someone else stated, just use the mouse. The game seems to have obviously been developed for use with touchscreens. Some of the only computers with touchscreens are 2-in-1 laptops and All-in-One PCs and yet they still decide to make PC ames with touch controls. Most people don't even have one of those in order to use touch controls.
