It's true this game feels like a first person roguelike...
You have to press "o" to open doors, "p" to pickup items, etc.
I don't like this at all... lol
It's ok in a 2D top-down view roguelike, but here, for some reason, I feel like this system shouldn't be used, it's just too inintuitive.(is it how you spell this word?)
Concept is nice though. I'll wait and see if the developer keeps improving it.👍
With lots of balancing work, and a completely different UI, I can see myself enjoying it a lot.
It makes me think of old games like the Wizardry or Lands of Lore series, but with a roguelike gameplay...(VERY simplified roguelike, at the moment)
But for now at least, I still prefer to play these old games(using Scummvm emulator), or "Grimoire : Heralds of the Winged Exemplar", which is incredible.

I guess I don't need to tell you about the Legend of Grimrock games? 😅
They're the best modern dungeon-crawlers!
If you want real-time first-person "roguelite" games, the obvious choices are still "Barony", "Delver" and "One More Dungeon" =>

I think they're way more enjoyable
And finally, a personal favorite of mine, which is a mix of rpg-fps-roguelite-stealth-whatever-etc lol, "Counter Spell" :

Anyway, have fun with all of these!😋
