I tried running this and had an issue. There was no .iso file to mount or exe to install. My antivirus flagged afew files, one was like 'bluteal!' something or other. Is it safe to ignore? I know antivirus software conflicts alot with this sort of thing, but something about the ! in the filename seems to be ringing a bell to something actually troublesome?

This is just Perfect Edition with a new engine All perfect Edition is is the original game with the routes that were added for Ecstasy, but without the H-Scenes. I'm not sure if it is just removal of H-Scenes or if it is replacement..
People already confirmed on Steam that some lines are untranslated. If none of the game is english, make sure your system is not set to Japanese locale or it might autoset it to JP when launched for the first time.
The last thing Little Busters needs is fucking H scenes. If you want that sort of thing, there's thousands upon thousands of visual novels around. Having H-scenes in Little Busters would actually be detrimental to the themes of the story.

Just use a download manager like jdownloader, it's really easy to use.
