Game launches and starts to play fine. When I get a few minutes in it just crashes for no reason at different parts each time. My drivers are up to date and idk what the issue is. specs: 4790k 16gb ram rx 480
Make sure you have steam installed and extract the game to the same drive where steam is installed then right click the wolfenstein EXE goto properties and go to compatibility tab run under windows 8 with dpi scaling enabled and run as admin if none of that works then your pc is not up to it.
I need help I'am getting the write crash dump. I did all updates for both win 10 and for the Nvidia 1070 and I have 8 gigs ram. Plus I have Quad Core i7. I even disable the nvidia card.
Hey guys I have a problem, I extracted all of the parts as I usually do, and it extracted as a folder with the game's files and the application itself, when I run is as an administrator, nothing happens, at all. I can't find it in the processes or anything. I tried messing with the compatibility settings, setting it for windows 7, but it still won't start. Any advice?
Hello, at first I could run the game for a few minutes then got an error code "failed to allocate video memory". Try running game with admin and click on DPI option set it to application. If that dont work change the location the files are in. example C program files/wolfenstein II blah blah if it is too long. make it as such. Example C:/Wolfenstein II. In other words copy only the folder where the Exe is and paste it in a shorter path.

You pre cracked the Voksi release and we need the original files to make it work with Codex. Three libraries, I think, something about amd and bink and oo2core. I already used the update in step 6, there's no update, it's only language and doesn't make it work with codex. Could you please upload the original files located in the home folder of the game so we can apply the codex release?

Once you've unziped the files or unrared them. that's your installation folder. example C:/documents/Wolfenstein II. Now you fire up the update as in run the update from the update folder. Then locate the Folder where the EXE is in. So again C:/documents/Wolfenstein II or wherever the folder is for you. Let me know if you need more help.
Alright so, for those of you having issues, it Has to either be your hardware, or your download didn't go well. What I did was just download all parts and then extracted part 1, like always, there is no install, it just extracts the game itself and you'll see the game exe. I always start IGG games I get as admin so that may be one thing for some. I am in game already, looks smooth no issues constant 60 fps. I think one of you posted a pic up of the main menu with weird symbols, it might just be in another language but no clue how That happened. If any of you are like me and Always use the google links and it gives the annoying "Sorry" bullshit when too many people are downloading, you can comment on this and I'll tell you a work around. It's tedious, but it worked for me.

Gotcha bud so, what you do is open the link. Now, when you get to the actual screen where it says "Sorry" look at the URL at the top. Example, http://drive.google.com/uc?id blah blah blah BUT... the Only thing you want to look at is that uc there. Replace it with open so it'll look like this http://drive.google.com/open?id.... when you do That, you'll be taken to a new screen. This is the google drive thing, sign in to your gmail account first so when you get here you'll see a symbol at the top right that has a little plus sign on it. If you hover over it, it says add to my drive. Now, go to your google drive and you should see it there now. You Still can't download yet.... But, if you right click it, you'll notice a Make a Copy option, do that. Then viola, google says fuck that owner its yours now mate, and then you can download. Again... Tedious. But for me, google downloads faster than other links I try so, now you go try it

The game crashes for me when going into main menu after the initial credits? I downloaded the game via qBittorrent and extracted the application via WinRAR. However, it doesn't ask me to install the game, after extracting the NewColossus_x64vk.exe application (inside WinRAR folder)...the game automatically starts with disorientated resolution but crashes when game goes to main menu after initial credits. Help please...what am I doing wrong?

What version you used? (You installed update at STEP 6?), if you dont use STEP 6, you need start steam before start game, if you use STEP 6, you dont need start steam.
So, with Step 6. The Language Pack and Codex Update. Has anyone been getting errors while trying to update the Voksi to Codex? I was getting the error : "Missing files or wrong hash". Should I install the language packs BEFORE the Codex update patch? Is that what I'm doing wrong? Or is my game just hosed for some reason?

Nah you’re right the graphics aren’t anything special, did put it at 4K but it was dipping (not majorly) here and there from my set locked 60, so 1080P is more than sufficent for this game on high settings. (Running on 16GB RAM with GTX1080, i5 6600K)
maybe it require the last nvidia driver released few days ago , Seems the prob are from the changing settings in game so i most believe it is a bug in the game itself . I won't be surprise to see an update soon. If this prob is happen to everyone , Consumers will certainly complain on steam and a patch will be quickly release .
The game is working great with very few errors, although whenever i apply settings, it crashes and resets my computer. This is especially annoying because for some reason i am getting horrendous screen tearing. Is anyone else having this problem?
Wish that was the case. It's system specific. I had not a single problem from download to gameplay 10 hours in it now. It does freeze or crash every few hours but i hope once we get day one patch or something new soon will sort it out.

Don't put file to long path, bro. (Example: you should use short path: C:\game, dont put on C:\sfsdf\wfwefwef\wed.....\erte... ). BTW, "highlight", you mean "selected all"? Dont select all files, you only need put all files in a folder, then click right mouse on Part 1, and "extract here", it will auto extract all files for you ;)

So I watched a video online saying that I replace the files with the codex one's in the main folder, so I did that. Then I tried to launch "NewColossus_x64vk" as administrator, but nothing happens?
Got it to work. Had to restart steam and it worked just fine. If anyone else has this issue where the game doesn't launch after installing the codex. Just restart steam, and login.

I would say that it has to be another full download for the german version. There is no:
german game with english voices
english game with german voices (except the Nazis) It has to be a whole language changing pack like in "The New Order" or "The Old Blood", but you can't simply change it in the options or config.

you can have the last machine made and still get fps issues, it mostly depends on the configuration of the game + your card setup+ your OS optimization . For example l have an old potatoe too (AMD FX4100), but l still get 60 fps in Shadow of War or ME Androemda or even Nier Automata without even OC or use low graphics or resolutions but l have to check every game separatedly,ln SoW if l use Triple Buffering and VSync always ON then fps drops and tears the screen , BUT if l turn them off and set 60 fps in game then it runs smooth as silk without that shit option... You have to set it up yourself and see how it works, although you will have to add at elast another 4gb RAM if not all of this is worthless
dont worry buddy, oh and also do a disk defrag once a month or when you delete large ammount of files, HDD its mostly important to have a smooth experience. And when you install a game dont use large path use for example D:/Shadow of War ,for some reason this helps a lot, well there are more tips but l dont want to overwelm you with many years of researching and experimentation XD hehe. Doesnt even launch... Downloaded from Openload, using Windows 10 Pro FCU and it gives me the error message "Could not write crash dump". Tried turning off windows defender, launch the game as admin and updated all drivers. Still doesnt work. System specs: i5-6400; 16GB-2133Mhz RAM; GTX 1060; Windows 10 Pro Version 1709 (Build 16299.19)
You had steam running before running the game correct? If so then it's your system, i only say this because it runs for me and many others who downloaded it here. Things you could try are drop it on to another HDD if you have one, or wait for another version i suppose. I have Ryzen 7 1700X and RX 480 it runs flawlessly 60FPS even at 4K.

pour info la release est propre , elle vient de chez Revolt (qui normalement fait des fix pour jouer en ligne au jeu codex, CPY etc .. ) mais qui pour une fois vu qu'il en avait la possibilité a reussi a cracké ce jeu avant les autres .. c'est pour ca que steam est necessaire car ces crack sont tjs lié a steam

Just highlight all the parts, copy and then paste into jdownloader's linkgrabber tab. A lot quicker that way instead of copying and pasting them one by one.
I believe they have started to understand have big a mistake it is to anger your customer, plus it's a waste of money Crapnuvo is done for. Many developers/publishers know full well by now that those who pirate in many cases (if the game is not trash) will actually pay for it later.
it is good that they are stopping using dunevo but at the same time people should stop pirating.Like you they should atleast buy the games(which are good) later to support the developers...sadly very few people does that :(
Yeah totally. I pirate mainly to test the game on my rig and if I like the game and it runs good, I usually end up buying it if I can just to support the developer. This is even more true if it doesn't have denuvo.
I don't trust all the game reviews at all. Been fooled by some games with stellar reviews and when run on my system, these games just suck in term of gameplay etc. One I play on a scene release and like it, I just buy it from one of the online stores like Steam or Kinguin.

P.S I have Windows Vista, service pack 1 and 2, Windows Service pack and Windows 7 listed.

This came up about 5-10 times. After all of it extracted, I tried to run "NewColossus_x64vk" file and nothing happens. I have steam open to. And I just downloaded the codex, and put it in the file location. What do I need to do next? Thanks!
EDIT: I also never did anything inside the codex file. Do I need to do something in there? Or download any other programs?
