I can't replace the .exe, as it says something like “it is required to have Everyone permission”. So when I try to open the game, it says something about needing to fix or reinstall Uplay.
TO EVERYONE HAVING PROBLEMS CRACKING THE GAME there's a file named "Crack" that comes with the game when you install it. copy the "steam api.dll" and "steam api.ini", then go to where you installed the game, normally it is on Programs86x -->south park stick of truth. paste the crack there and it's done. that's how you crack any game in here.
do i have to do anything when i install this game? cause in the instalation instructions it says to extract any files but when i open the torrent it shows me some stuff about igg games and a 24 gb file saying codex.-south.park.....ect and shows a disk image do i have to run the file to play the game also when i downloaded it it showed that i had a disk inserted even though i dont have a disk drive on my laptop ! help!

When you run CODEX installation, it has a check box that is about copying CODEX into the Install.dir, just check it. And then reinstall. It will work this time

"Stick of Truth" worked well for me. The other did not install for fear of not working, so my doubt, since the two games have practically the same graphics.
Base game works fine, and Towelly shows up to give his...eerrr, "advice" throughout the game. But neither the mintberry crunch or the Casa Bonita dlc activate during the game. I've beaten the entire base game, but they still haven't prompted me, and going to the dlc bus stop does nothing. I don't know if there are any other dlc's, but if there are, they don't load either.
Have you tried the CODEPUNK.ini file edit? i mean changing DLC from =FALSE to = TRUE? i did this with an old version of this game ( the first one that came out ) and says something bout i need to actualice my game or some thing like that.. i wanna know if this INI solution works with this version of the game to download it xD so if u try this and works let me know.
Damn, i didn't know that was a thing I could do o.o I've had a few games from here not load dlc, i'll try that with the others. I tried it with this game, and when i opened the game it said a "title update" would need to be done before any of the new content can be accessed. So, it at least acknowledges the other dlc, but I need to perform some kind of update. Can't access the DLC menu or the Uplay menu in game, just says you need to be online. I'm assuming that's because we have a pirated copy XD So, this was a step forward in the right direction, but now we need to "update the title". Update: I tried going back into codepunks and changing the "set uplay connection to offline mode" to online, and the next line "Offline=1" to Online=1 Didn't help.

Nope, it's impossible. The game has Denuvo protection, so no updates can be added to the site until a scene group cracks it. When that happens, it'll show up here very fast, but no site will have it until that happens.

okay i found a fix change COON in team i had (Stan,Diabetis guy and Callgirl) then before you start this mission turn subtitles off after fight wait 5-10min in the LOOTSCREEN before pressing space then its work was only fix what work and i played in WINDOWMODE

I tried 3dpchip and downloaded the driver updates it recommended, then upon install it told me I already had newer versions. Not sure why that is recommended at all. I would avoid it.
For the people stuck on Shady Acres: "....What you do, is start the mission, during the final fart performance on stage, switch over to something else. This means you have to have the game in windowed mode. It helps if you make it smaller. Just make sure another window is covering it. It's some UI issue, for some people at least. They said to open a folder or browser, which I did both. It worked and I was able to start the fight."
when i try to install the gamewith the setup it gets an error in about 10 seconds.I disabled anivira, started it with administation, used an compatibility pack,changed the location for the download and it still gets an error. After I tried running it (I downloaded it with the torrent) the game loaded, but the menu was broken. Some say that I need NVIDIA Control Panel to fix it, but I don't know where to download it. Is there any other way to fix the broken menu without the NVIDIA Control Panel? firstly does your pc or laptop have a nvidia gpu? if yes then just search it in your windows search bar. If you dont own a Nvidia gpu...well you dont have it and cannot install it.
Go-to NVIDIA's website and download the GeForce Experience application. This installs the manufacturer's drivers for your graphics card. (Make sure you have a NVIDIA graphics card before doing this) Once you do that GeForce Experience will install all the drivers and other things that you're graphics card needs along with the Control Panel application. Restart your computer when you complete all installations, open Control Panel at least once, then run the game. Good luck! It is not only at this ISO, but actually in all of them: every ISO that comes with a setup don't work at my PC. But it did worked with no problem, like, one month ago. I've tried to reinstall uTorrent, DAEMON Tools, search for other ISOs, and no one else seems to have this problem. I would rrrrrreally like some help, do some one know any procedures that might work?
You can try running the setup .exe using compatibility mode for an older version of Windows but that usually only helps for old games that worked with Windows XP or Vista
I downloaded the game and it works perfect except for the little known issue w/ Shady Acres, but did as many sites specify and removed controller and lowered resolution and worked. The game was great albeit the ending was less so, but great download. Thanks.
CHANGE RESOLUTION!! I had a minor issue where I couldn't get past the first tutorial fight because it would not load the video after the fight. But I restarted game and changed resolution and quality to the lowest it could go and it worked first try. So keep that in mind if you run into a problem. I also heard that downloading Uplay and running the game while Uplay is open can fix problems too. Hope this helps. Happy gaming from a Canadian Eh!
So here's what I did and so far it works. Keep in mind I've only created a character, did the first toilet, saved and quit instantly because I have work to do. But all I did was download the CodePunks torrent with uTorrent, right clicked on the file in uTorrent when it was finished and opened in folder, ran the codepunks installer which made a desktop shortcut for the game, ran the game as admin and it worked. I'm kind of worried though because it was TOO easy lol I will continue to play and hope I don't have any more issues. If I did something wrong that may cause issues in the future, PLEASE tell me ASAP so I can fix it. Thank you and happy gaming! EDIT: I got stuck after the first tutorial fight lol anyone have a solution? EDIT 2: I restarted game, changed resolution and graphics quality to lowest it could go and it worked first try. Once you install the game you copy and paste the crack folder contents into the games .exe folder and it will ask what to do with the files that are the same. You replace all files.

The save files are allocated to C:\Users\Public\Documents\uPlay\CODEPUNKS\Saves\SouthParkTFBW, and shouldn't be affected by any updates. If you're concerned I recommend going to that location and backing up the files when an update is released.
This is a great codex, I just wish Ubisoft would hurry up and get a patch released so Codepunks can get it to us. Not being able to get past the Shady Acres part is just infuriating, and all these black screens is just depressing.
I have that prob as well, i tried: Skipping the cutscenes Having a fight before the mission Changing the resolution Changing the priority Changing my powers before the fight and on the make changes screen But none have worked for me. Hoping there's a patch for it.
My issue is, it takes forever to go through initial loading, (siezure warning, southpark studios spalsh screen ect) I get to the screen of press enter to start, music playing. i press enter and the screen stays black, music still playing.

Anyone else getting weird multiple button presses with controllers? Like pressing interact will randomly punch instead, or even cancel sometimes in menus. Tried both PS3 and 360 controllers and it happens with both.
I played the game without errors except im stuck at a mission where i can't enter a place but seems a in-game bug, otherwise every problem you could have in the game is your computer fault and nothing else, the game works perfect expect for some bugs in-game like things not loading fast or not showing up properly due to being cracked i suppose. No crashes or fatal errors otherwise.
I have a really bad problem with the game crashing. After a while playing, it's just started to crash a lot. It happens mostly on the loading screen, but also just happens randomly for no reason. It's really irritating. EDIT: It always crashes when I try to go in Raisins.
I don't think my CPU is overclocked, and no, it doesn't happen in other games. Half the time I'm just going through a loading screen, then the audio glitches out and the game just... Closes.

Try disabling your firewalls. If it works, make sure to add the game to your list of programs in the firewall settings. Also when installing, try turning the firewall off also. With shadow of war both of those were my issues.

The game spams the message "Could not Operate! Fatal error has occurred." Sometimes I bypass this screen and then I can't save (when I try to this message pops up).
Have you tried reinstalling the game? Maybe something didn't download properly. Also, try installing the additional stuff the program has to offer. I just downloaded the game, and it seems to work fine for me. Or maybe your antivirus deleted something while installing.
run as admin? have you try that yet? if it is running but can't see it, check your task manger. If it is running but can't see it, end that task and try it again and run it as admin.

here is another way to get it to run that has worked for me with no issues open uplay and then minimize it, then run the game from the shortcut on the desktop. just worked for me. ive had no issues as of late

Tried, everything, open as admin with uplay, without uplay, tried open shortcut, tried open exe file in the game folder. Tried trun off Antivirus, firewall. DOwnlaoded 3DPChip, Directx, everything.
try it again, but this time open Uplay and then run the game from the game folder. or, open uplay and then minimize it, then run the game from the shortcut on the desktop. just worked for me. ive had no issues as of late

Game issues. It happens sometimes. You might have to exit out the games and restart it again. It will fix itself if that is the problem. If not then it is your computer.
freezed screen simply load a REGULAR save game file not the autosave. The Uplay issue you actualy need to have uplay running itll then fix that issue (i hope) EDIT: UPLAY problem - no fix yet wait for an update if they release one to help that issue :)

If you got problem about black screen. Try press "ALT + ENTER", then close it, and start game again with "Run as administrator". If you still got this problem then, that mean your driver VGA is old, you need install the latest driver for your VGA (Search on google about 3DPChip, it's freeware, then install/run it, it will give you a link to download latest driver for your VGA). If you got other problems about .dll, nothing happen,.... Try download 3DPChip (above step) too, then use it, it will give you all links for all latest driver of your PC, try install everything. Install all latest Vredist, XNA, NET Framework,... too. It will fixed your problems ;)

NOPE not even close bro. wherever you got these files its fake two mistakes ONE First of all there is no incoming folder for this game. 2 there is no password for the archive I KNOW i installed it flawlessly and it runs no problems and not once did it ask me. 3. THE FILE NAME says south park the fractured butthole PC that right there is red flag. The actual one sais the games title THEN STEAMPUNKS im not yelling when capping these im just putting them that way so you know better what to look at. Firstly, sorry for all the capitals. I was excited that I found something that worked multiple times. Secondly, what I did was log into my Uplay app thing (it had self-updated), then ran the game. Then South Park started working Fine in admin mode every time I ran it.

I got mine to work and it was pretty simple. Especially for me since I'm new to this kind of stuff. All I did was download the Full Version of the game from this website last night with uTorrent. Today I downloaded the cracked version listed above. Extracted it all to my desktop. Then copied and pasted the cracked files into the other folder and clicked "replace all files." Clicked the application and it worked first try. Only thing is the second time I launched I got stuck on a black screen. But that could just be my shitty PC. I tried again and it worked fine. Though the second time it asked me to link with Ubisoft. It didn't do that the first time but I'm playing now and was able to save. I hope it doesn't continue to get stuck on the black screen. If anyone knows why it would do that let me know. Thank you and I hope this helped.

Idk, i just got full unlocked version yesterday and now i put crack in folder and it work, sometimes VRAM reaches 960mb [ 1GB limit ] but it's playable fine 720p 60fps.

It wont work, the worst of all, is that it says the most basic error of all time, it just says "south park stop working", i cant even see a black screen, this just dont opens, and i download that slow torrent again with the codepunks crack and it just doesnt works, i had problems with games before, but this is not a famous error, it just says that stop working, that doesnt help me at all

MegaDownloader is way too simple. You literally have to open the program, then minimize it, and copy the links to clipboard and the program detects it automatically

Codepunks are Awesome they usualy get things cracked in 2 days max when CPY cannot handle it in time (sometimes) sometimes cpy is first either way they are awesome

I downloaded the full unlocked version and i need some help installing it, it's all chinese, i clicked on something and it began extracting it, but no iso or mountable file in there, only .csd and .csm files (sorry for my english)

Going to try to clear a few things up before I head off. If you downloaded the preload version an unlocker wasn't released so delete and download the lastest upload. If you downloaded the unlocked files not only will you need the CODEXPUNKS crack you will also need the games .exe file since it's not included. So, they basically just abandoned the Pre-Load version instead of creating an unlocker. Well, there's a lesson in that: NEVER download pre-load versions of anything.
warning there is a glitch if you go to costumes and click on any ubisoft exclusive items you have already unlocked it will lock you out of the costume options for the rest of-the game. Br warned new-save wont fix it.

I had the same problem. Found out that the game was trying to run on my integrated graphics card instead of my nvidia. Had to change it manually (right click/"run with graphics processor"). Hope that helps.
If a crack is an "unlocker" it will have an exe file inside the crack that will unlock all the steam pre-load (csm and csd) files. The crack that we downloaded here is only for the unpacked version. There is no unlocker apparently yet.
The Pre-Load version is useless. The cracked version is not. That's why it's being heavily downloaded right now. No one bothered to tell anyone how to unlock the Steam Pre-Load version we downloaded a couple days ago.
All we get from that version is bunch of .csm & .csd files, which are the steam backup files, if I try to run it trough steam backup restore, it doesnt recognise the files, and that's all I got from the "Full unlocked" download on igg And if I try to do anyhting with it like put the files from crack in it or anyhting, it just says it misses files
It is NOT the "Unlocker" for the Steam version. There is NO unlocker in the cracked file. I downloaded it already and unRAR'd it. In fact, there is NO EXE in the file at all.
When I did that it did nothing, just said it misses files, unless you put it in different folder than the root folder (Root folder of the extracted files)

Right, I know how to do that, but it's tedious. I spent time downloading the Pre-Load version and seeded it for days on a torrent. Alright what you need to do is extract those parts by opening only the first file that says part01. Put it in its own folder. You do not need that exe or the dll cause it already comes inside the rar files. All you need to do after you extract the rar is copy & paste the crack from the CODEPUNKS folder
what about your anti-virus program/malware program? do you have that turned off? my download is done, now just unzipping it and then will install and see what happens when i try. if i get a different result and it works, ill still let ya know what I did to get it to work
go into the program folder itself and run the exe from in there. when i did it that way, it worked for me. also, turn on the uplay application - both those i did and game runs fine
weird. im in the process of downloading it and once i get done, if it works for me and have no issues, ill re-post here. my download should be done in less than 10 minutes for all parts. Also, make sure virus scanner is turned off as well

there's a file named "Crack" that comes with the game when you install it. copy the
"steam api.dll" and "steam api.ini", then go to where you installed the game, normally it is on Programs86x -->south park stick of truth. paste the crack there and it's done. that's how you crack any game in here.

I've downloaded and redownloaded the files many time, extracted and re-extracted too. I tried to use 3DPChip and downloaded all the drivers (except with ethernet one which I couldn't get to work) and I always Run as Administrator. Nothing worked...

I tried it with this game, and when i opened the game it said a "title update" would need to be done before any of the new content can be accessed. So, it at least acknowledges the other dlc, but I need to perform some kind of update. Can't access the DLC menu or the Uplay menu in game, just says you need to be online. I'm assuming that's because we have a pirated copy XD
So, this was a step forward in the right direction, but now we need to "update the title".
Update: I tried going back into codepunks and changing the "set uplay connection to offline mode" to online, and the next line "Offline=1" to Online=1

search it in your windows search bar. If you dont own a Nvidia gpu...well you dont have it and cannot install it.
Once you do that GeForce Experience will install all the drivers and other things that you're graphics card needs along with the Control Panel application. Restart your computer when you complete all installations, open Control Panel at least once, then run the game. Good luck!

every ISO that comes with a setup don't work at my PC. But it did worked with no problem, like, one month ago.
I've tried to reinstall uTorrent, DAEMON Tools, search for other ISOs, and no one else seems to have this problem. I would rrrrrreally like some help, do some one know any procedures that might work?
But I discovered that EVERY setup is full bugged in my PC. Guess I will have to burn it, hahahaha
EDIT: I got stuck after the first tutorial fight lol anyone have a solution?
EDIT 2: I restarted game, changed resolution and graphics quality to lowest it could go and it worked first try. But I feel there will be many more issues.

If you got other problems about .dll, nothing happen,.... Try download 3DPChip (above step) too, then use it, it will give you all links for all latest driver of your PC, try install everything. Install all latest Vredist, XNA, NET Framework,... too. It will fixed your problems ;)

Secondly, what I did was log into my Uplay app thing (it had self-updated), then ran the game. Then South Park started working Fine in admin mode every time I ran it.

I never used that one so I'm not sure, I found out it's steam backup file but if I try to select the file where it's saved it doesnt recognise it so I don't rly know what to do with it
God i hate it when publishers force a season pass for the full experience.
