At the title menu screen along the bottom. If it says "censored" you'll need to download the cgs.rpa from the website. But since this version of COOT is outdated that cgs.rpa is incompatible.
Did you download an exe file? When opening the exe, did you get a rar file, or am I missing something? If the above is true, you downloaded an ad, make sure you get the correct file.
Looks like a decompression error, likely by corrupted download. Try redownloading the game and maybe place it in another drive like D: or E: , Drive C tends to be a a bit finicky since it houses the OS.
I like this game more than any homosexual related games because it is really well-written. Other than lust-drive like other games, it actually use proper grammar and vocabulary. And on top of that I learned many things from this game, like I have never known the technical term of bruise is contusion, for example. The reaction and struggles of the MC is very lifelike. Of course, the smoking hot guys and scenes are is absolutely the icing on the cake. I recommend this game.

Shit, I wish this worked for me, but I get the freezing screen with no sound. If I turn software mode like it's recommended on the FAQ, it works, but the graphics get glitchy. This PC I'm using sucks so I tend to play old games and visual novels, shame it didn't work. All other Renpy games work for me except this one. They should have made a skinny guy. I like muscly dudes but there should have been more variety :D

yea so I literally downloaded everything and ran all of it on the wine bottler thing and it works perfectly. The thing is, I keep trying to bring the new cgs.rpa and replacing it with the old one so I can have the game uncensored but the game still opens up with censored. Yeah, Disqus was not coded with this kind of expandability in mind. It's a classic beginner programmer error, not accounting for scalability. I do think it'd be completely reasonable to nuke everything done before this year, but I don't think functionality exists to actually do it.

Okay I'm not sure if anyone is able to help me but I'll try anyway. I'v downloaded the game and it runs np, but it's very slow and laggy, and I don't know why. My laptop is able to play games with higher specs requirements like L4D2, HOTS, and Bioshock. But for some odd reason, playing this game or games like this (like Strange Flesh) makes the game run very slow. Moving the cursor, and the flow of the game, animation, etc. are all slow and laggy. Does anyone know the cause of this..? I've attached a pic of my laptop's specs to this post.

Have you ever tried Dramatical Murder? I heard it's great. I also got Togainu no Chi but it's got a tense story and stuff. There's Sleepover and Bacchikoi but I couldn't find decent links for the latter.
DRAMAtical Murder is great but the plot is a bit dark(and one of the route skirt around a very sensitive topic). Haven't tried Togainu No Chi though, not a big fan of yaoi and bishonen, I prefer bara :D I like Sleepover(The story is cute), Off-Screen Scandal(Mazjojo's art is simply divine), and a couple others. I'm not too keen of Bacchikoi and Camp Buddy for the same reason, they just look too young man, I feel uncomfortable. Genji is cool though.
