After I start up the game steam opens the page of the game and thats it. Nothing else. The game doesnt even show up in task manager. Any ideas for a fix ?

You don't unrar each files individually, you unrar them together. So select The.Evil.Within.2.part01 all the way to The.Evil.Within.2.part32 and unrar them together. Put it into a specific folder and then run the exe. within the game file
simply download part 32&33 from a different link. Megaupload is pretty fast. Change the part 32&33 file names to match those of Part 1&31, and there you go.
Basically your download will be like this "The.Evil.Within.2.part x" with x being the number if you download from google drive, what you do is just rename the other files the same as the one in google drive, simply copy & paste it. The only difference being the number of the part
Okay so I had steam open and had this game cracked and working. It gave me a message saying: press shift+tab for steam overlay. Shoudnt this be disabled? I can play F1 2017/Cuphead without seeing that message. Kinda scared the crap out of me. So is steam recording this gameplay? (doesnt show on profile that i was ingame) somebody knows what the problem is? And how to solve it?
If you actually go into the installed games file you will see there's a file called 'GameOverlayRenderer64.dll' that's the file that adds the steam and NVIDA overlay. Hope this helped with your question! :)

On the desktop shortcut where it has "Target". Add "+com_allowconsole 1" without quotes at the end. After the game has opened. Press your Insert key. Then type "pl_FPS 1".
Just download the same pieces on megaupload and rename them. You should be able to extract them and it will work fine. Although I do not reccomend downloading it from here as it simply takes too long, I use torrents as they are a lot easier and in one part.
I've just finish classic mode after more than 20 hours. what a monster mode. Unlock infinity ammo, a melee weapon(i forgot the name of it), 80.000 gel. Classic mode also have a difference record screen, it's a painting that Sebastian and Lily sitting next to each other, what a peacefull scenario.

In high quality it works good. in Ultra, my config makes not weight ^^ it works, but fall of fps by moment ....it is a basic configuration ( 650 euros .) But I am satisfied with it, dying light, re7 and other big games works well in high quality.
Maybe your specs can help you play at high grphics settings, but i'm not sure about ultra settings. Your GPU has been attach 'Ti' word it mean 'Titan' series, and when you have that, you don't have to worry too much when play AAA games. But your CPU kinda old a little bit, maybe upgrade is a option. About Ram, you should upgrade to 16GB.

I think this game is better than Resident Evil 7, more logical, fears, balance action and horror, sandbox element , you will not easily get bore, althought i like RE 7 too. i have a 2Gb VRAM 750ti GPU and i run the game on ultra. blur off. shadow medium . and 1280x720 CPU is i5-6500 and 8GB DDR3 RAM and im getting brtween 35-50 fps so yeah even a 2gb vram runs it :)

You just have to dl isdone.dll and to put it in sysWOW64 and in System32 (in C:\Windows ) and desactivate your protection (like windows defender with the real-time protection or any other antivirus you might have). then relaunch the CODEX setup :D

You need to crack the game. There should be a "CODEX" folder containing the cracked contents. Simply copy them and then paste them into the game's directory.
Warning, recommended settings for this game are complete bullshit. I have 32 gigs of ram, 6GB GTX 1060, and an i7-47790k 4Ghz and I struggle to keep 60fps on even Medium settings. Claims that this is somehow any better optimized than the first are complete dog-shit, I can keep a consistent 60fps on 1440p max settings with the first. Ridiculous.

When downloading through browser google drive is fastest and most reliable but parts 1-15 can not be downloaded and I've been trying to use other download methods for about 8 hours now and they just download at like 50-100 kb/s please fix it other download platforms are so slow when downloading for free through browser and mega has a data limit.. such a headache.. thanks in advance, by the way this is the best website on the internet just after YouTube xD

It reminds me a lot of the movie 'The Cell'. The imagery is really similar. I wouldn't be surprised if the developers said they were influenced by that movie. It's also very much like Silent Hill.
OMG, my head is about to explode. Whole night I was downloading the Evil within 2. Parts from 2 to 11 in Google drive was corrupted. I mean limited and the parts from 12 to 15 are damaged. I couldn't get not a part in Mega. Somehow I did get 3 parts from links above. Most frustrating thing was I got google drive 15 gb space and somehow I pushed the limitation of each limited part and downloaded it. I was up all night till 6 o'clock. Sure, it's tedious, and you have to rename files when done. But, it works well. Just make sure you delete the files and the copies of files from your google drive each time you finish downloading each file. That way, your drive won't fill up.
