Is this not the latest version? I've looked around the net and it may not be up to date, can't verify for sure though. Might explain some broken features that I've found that may or may not be intended though.
can't install at all. "operation didn't complete successfully because the file contain virus etc." already tried to non active the anti virus for the time being, re extract a whole new file again, nothing works.
