I haven't personally tried it (because I don't own any Paradox game), but I think you can copy and paste the "dlc" folder to your legitimate game and enable them.
Waiting for 1.8.1 or later. In my current 1.8 game one of the three main resources (food) does nothing. Kinda nasty bug, but there was some note on 1.8.1 hotfix about fixing it.
I've tried Lan multiplayer even in 1.7.5. and both did't work. Is there any explanation for it, or is multiplayer unavailable? I've even tried with internet, and even so it didn't work.

Extract this into a temp directory. Move all the extracted dlcs into the dlc folder that was installed with the CODEX release. Overwrite the old "steam_emu.ini" with the included new one. All DLCs should now be included. Tested. CODEX release does not have all DLCs so the community worked it all out.
Do you have extensions turned off? Mount the ISO and install the game. The 3 "crack" files that CODEX released in their folder on the ISO are "steam_api.cdx", "steam_api.dll" and "steam_emu.ini". They all should be in the same location.
