depends on what video codec is being used. if it is bink then they can replace each video with a 1 sec black video with no sound. this technique was used a lot for creating smaller rips from 1995-2009. if the movies are blurry for you then it is your hardware at issue not the video. could be cpu, ram, video card or a combo of each.
is that even posible? it would be great if they could as 59gb is really bad for my internet, but we cant ask so much from them they are providing the game to us for free already
capcom sux now joining denuvo . They will loose consumers . More and more people are complaining about Denuvo on steam . Maybe it will take time since lot of new games are using denuvo these days ( pes 2018 , dishonored order of dawn , wrc 7 , now Marvel vs capcom infinite and soon total war Warhammer 2 & fifa 18 . Now it will depend in wich order cpy will release the games .
