hey uhhm is it like make a folder in the place you said and the make a text document and then paste it then rename it to have .lang because i did that it sais No Languages have been loaded! Ensure C:\Users\my username\AppData\Roaming\Andrew Sampson\Borderless Gaming\Languages exist with at lest one .lang file.

got it working by replacing the steamapi.dll
i already installed microsoft .net 4/4.51/4.52/4.61
but the problem still persist

You need to go here https://github.com/Codeusa/Borderless-Gaming/blob/master/Languages/en-US.lang and right click "Raw" and "Save content as..." Then go to your "\AppData\Roaming\Andrew Sampson\Borderless Gaming" and make a Folder named "Languages" and save the file in there :)
