Unlocked means it's not a preload. The files are not encrypted, preload files need to be decrypted and "unlocked" when the game launches to play the game. If you pre order any game you can do this.

I played the first game and i LOVED IT replayed it so many times hardest difficulty all endings all exploits i drained every piece of fun that game had to offer the 2nd game came out and my pc specs weren't good enough plus the game files take qutite a long time which made me quite sad since this is quite the best series in years and now a 3rd game to make me feel worthless even more.. thanks devs..
I'm not sure you've heard the first million people say this but death of the outside is a STANDALONE dishonored game, not DLC, it runs on the same engine as dishonored 2 but is vastly different, and as many others have said its much better than dishonored 2, and has much better performance which is what I'm really happy about.
what newer games require better technology to run how can this be???? just save up and sell your old components to get better components like every other pc gamer or just get a cheap console and you won't have to worry about specs for it's lifetime which is a good 6-7 years
Before anyone complain, it's only the game files, it's not cracked yet, that's what "FULL UNLOCKED" mean, please be patient until a proper crack is released. There's no need to look elsewhere for a cracked version, there's none, as soon as it's cracked, it will be here, so don't post link from other website asking if it's real or not, it's all fake and your comment will be delete.
