where can i get 2018 season dlc for this game?

downloaded all files got the frist one to open but all others say data error I tried all links got the download but still say data error how to fix??

so it downloaded and works...kind of. crashes at random points when im actually playing, if im at the startup menu it wont crash but if im in the main menu or in a race it will randomly crash

Updates 1,2,3 do not work for me...gives a runtime error that it can not import files to "temp" folder.....error code: Cannot Import dll:C:\Users\Name\AppData\Local\Temp\is-JKAMK.tmp\ISCRC32c.dll

where can i get 2018 season dlc for this game?

Cant play this on my laptop, buttons to setup for keyboard is not included only joystick and steering wheel console... is there a way around this?
