hello, can you plase explain to me how i set the "SmartSteamEmu.ini" to offline? only change the 0 to 1? i have done it and than where to copy the "428080" files? I try out much, but nothing works. Would be nice if you gife me an answer
The game is stuck on syncing because steamemu is set to play in online mode. for those that already downloaded it, edit steamemu.ini in the install folder to make it run in offline mode for the people running this, PLEASE CHANGE THAT SETTING IN THE DOWNLOAD AND UPDATE THIS FOR PEOPLE
