It is, even dubbed, but it has a few errors in the translation, the tutorial images tough are in japanese I believe, but the explanation and everything else is in english, I just play half an hour of it, and it seems to be in english, not perfect english, but understandable one
One if the screenshots seems to be on english, the first specifically, on the side you can see a quest and it's seems to be in english, I'm downloading it right now, so I'll confirm it when I finish downloading
What is it with almost all Chinese games that you can clearly see that they are Chinese? From my experience, they almost always have either terrible translations, missing translations, terrible UI or all of them at once.
