It means the game's install files have been split up into parts as to not have one big file to download. You can either download the game in parts or use the torrent version of it.

I was about to start older version but this came out, other 5 chapters (2014 one) are included in this one?

Haven't played it yet, but the description on Steam says all 5 chapters are included and have been made into a continuous story.
