To run in VR mode, you create a shortcut for the exe file. Right click on exe -> Create Shortcut -> Then, right click on the shortcut you just created -> Properties -> Shortcut tab -> Add the string " -vr" (note the space before), as shown. Save it

Now launch the game through the shortcut you just created.
