Your iso file is downloaded incomplete. You just use the "force recheck/rehash" feature of the torrent client, most torrent clients support this feature (use google to find out). It will re-download only the missing bytes for you.
Is your iso file corrupted (ie it wasn't fully downloaded for some reason)? you can check the integrity of the iso file with tools like 7z. Get the CRC32 code of the iso file, it should be 66136B24. If not, let me know.
Have you tried temporarily disabling AV during the installation? AVs often give false positives for cracked files.
Are you installing the game to a path that is too long? note, windows limits the number of characters in the path.
Is there enough free space on the hard drive?
Are you installing to another hard drive, or an external hard drive? in many cases it is because the hard drive doesn't have enough write permissions.
