does this include 1.0.1 1.0.2 and 1.0.3? or must we find those from another site?

how do I install this? When install it into the game directory, it creates another folder. Is it supposed to be like this or was it supposed to override the game files?

1.0.4 doesnt include an exe and breaks the game
