decent game. it still needs to be polished and the difficulty adjusted but it has the potential. It has a 3 act map structure exactly like slay the spire, and has card mechanics and minions. The card mechanic is similar to slay the spire. You get 5 cards and 3 mana per turn every '7' seconds and can put a shield, enchant or spell. The minions is the unique mechanic. They can have passives and a ultimate that they cast at 100 mana. The two basic minions to start with are 'just bodies' but you can upgrade or draft new minions and there are a few viable minion strategies that work. You can grab tank minion and an attack minion (1 with passive of when you gain shield, gain might and the other with when you gain might deal damage to a random enemy) or have spellcaster that heals or silences or drains mana or ranged unit that creates illusions of itself. The biggest problem is that the first act is the 'most' difficult because your minions and cards are the weakest but once you decide on a strategy and make it to act 2-3 it becomes more manageable. The uneven difficult in first act means you probably will lose the first few runs and certain enemies are very strong except for certain counters/minion comp.
I think the reason why act one is harder is because some unit and card are just too strong compare to the rest, they are better than common card and scale all the way to the last boss fight. So that means you can win lot of the time by lucky drop from the start. I think it's like StS + Monster train + Auto Chess, pretty fun, can't wait for more update.
I kind of requested Across the Demon Realm (1). That game is awfully designed, pretty much unbeatable due to a heavy obsession to RNG insta-killing you and your means to achieve victory.

So it's not really a "unique mechanic"
